I live in MI, and I visited this branch on a Friday to make a wire transfer to my US bank account. Come the next Tuesday, and the transfer has not been made, and after making countless calls, I find out from their customer service that the transfer was cancelled, with no explanation. They give me a number to call the branch, but it is not working. After chatting with customer service, they tell me I need to visit the branch, so I need to cross the border again and spend and waste a few hours again. Totally unacceptable. Will be changing banks.

I’ve been an RBC client now for over 15 years. This bank or in particular this branch is by far the worst bank I’ve ever stepped foot in. This isn’t a 1 star 1 bad experience review. This is 15 years of extremely poor service. Everytime I visit this branch it’s a minimum wait of 30 minutes sometimes up to an hour to speak with a teller. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 3 person wait or 20 person wait. The tellers work and move in slow motion, watching these employees count cash is like watching paint dry on the wall. With all this technology we have in today’s world it’s astonishing how slow and terrible the customer service is at this branch. 3-4 of us in line today we’re discussing while waiting how we all hate this bank so much yet they make it so difficult to switch banks these days you’re almost trapped. Aside from that everytime I’ve booked an appointment the bank has done absolutely nothing to help me in anyway shape or form. This is coming from a someone with zero debt and a near perfect credit score constantly getting turned down for anything. This bank is useless, please go elsewhere.

I was with TD for years and decided to switch to RBC due to TD’s high minimum balances. Terrible decision. This branch takes weeks to respond to emails and then just outright doesn’t respond. God forbid you need to go in the branch for something, you’ll be waiting an hour in line.

Horrible service. All you do is wait in line. Got over 10 people and 2 agents. It makes no sense. Horrible. Went there again. As usual horrible service. Only one banker and she’s telling the guy her life story. Please fix this horrible place… unbelievable

This is the fourth or fifth time in the branch and it’s all ways a packed, there is always one teller, and too many customers. This time the only teller is taking about her life while more then 9 customers are waiting for that one teller ?
