The security guard didn’t do anything when a man attacked. I looked back twice because he wasn’t do it local distance and I didn’t want him to look at my transaction. He man asked why are you steering at me I said you are close to me. He screamed at me “f..k you, sheet up” and he continue swearing at me, he was coming close to me to hurt me the security guard told him, hey body, take it easy. The continue swearing at I told him you sheet up you asked me why I look at you. He weaved more. So I ignore him, finished my deposit and leave. The security guard didn’t come out of the branch to see if the man is going to attack me again or call the police. Nobody from the branch came out to help. I am a small lady and a he was a 6 feet man with mental problems who wanted to offend and hurt woman.

Doesn't matter what bank you go to hands down worst bank ever advisor signs me up says no fees 3 months later say he made mistake and now there will be fees after I got all these accounts open and management was really road his name frank or Franky you may not believe it but I have it all via email and it's just a bunch unprofessional and sorry that other branches will get these reviews but maybe someone on top can fire the manager Paul Wang for the lack of knowledge and customer service... This is people life's and money they are playing with stay away.

The employees here are awesome. I had come in for the first time not knowing what to do in order to open a bank account, and they walked me all the way through in detail. Special thanks to Perth, Farrah, and Sinsah!

Had an issue with my credit card. I don't have the best credit but wanted to get a copy of my card for my wife so I asked for a credit increase and Meghan did a wonderful job and I got approved. She was very professional and patient while I played with my son on the call.

Booked a virtual appointment with Mary at this branch. Got an email confirmation the day before the appointment with a message saying the link for the video conference would be sent ahead of the appointment. No email came with the link. I tried to phone the branch and the system is so automated it doesn't let you talk to a real person. Waited on hold for 20 minutes without getting to speak to anyone. This branch has little value for peoples' time.

The slowest rudest bank I’ve ever been to. I make deposits there and it takes them 40 minutes to even get to me. They don’t care how long they take or how much of your time they waste. Don’t bother here.

If I could give this location 0 star I would 2 ladies that work at this branch are soo rude they ask way too many personal questions today I waited over 30 minutes in the line and am still standing she's yelling you can pay those at the atm I know I can do that at the atm if I wanted to do so you wouldn't see me waiting this long maybe I have something else to do? They need to be trained how to treat customers so rude I haven't been to this location for along time because of their rude comments

I received incredibly rude service in this branch when I had to deal with my mothers death. I have an account in this branch but will be closing it after the way Debbie (don't know last name but should not be working in customer service).. She totally disrespected my dead father and treated my like dirt. I won't be back to this branch except to close my account. WARNING, DO NOT Invest your money with RBC if you want your beneficiaries to have a decent time after your passing..... The other bank my parents dealt with have already cleaned up all the details and were great at communication. The only thing RBC staff keep saying is that Probate is the law!!! And yes, in some cases it is... but no all cases. Aside from that.. it has been very difficult to find a staff member that cares. The 800 phone number people were very kind and as helpful as possible... but the branch staff have been horrible. THe policies in RBC are not what you want your beneficiaries to have to deal with. And no... not all the banks are the same... RBC is the worst of them all

The rating should be 0 STARS. This is the absolute worst branch of RBC I've ever been to. Three times I was LIED to by Tellers who simply did not want to do their job (verified by the RBC's Telephone Banking operators), and when faced with a challenge on my final visit, the Teller simply gave up, telling me the problem they couldn't fix was MINE. In fact, the Teller even recommended I OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BANK. This is NOT Client Services. And, to finish the horrible experience, the Branch Manager "DEB" approached with attitude (no greeting, no smile, just an irritated tone) telling me they simply can't do anything to help me. NO SOLUTION, NO PROBLEM SOLVING, DEB JUST DIDN'T WANT TO PUT THE EFFORT IN, and made me feel as though my business as a Client with RBC is worthless. Deb was, without a doubt, the most bitter Branch Manager I've ever encountered. So much so, I feel sorry for her, so very sorry. Worst RBC Branch I've ever visited, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to deal with DEB the angry, (trying desperately not to be) middle-aged, tired and bitter Branch Manager.
