The Real Canadian Superstore Walker Road offers a wide range of products and services to meet the everyday household needs of its customers. The staff are described as kind, hardworking, and very helpful, with one cashier in particular going above and beyond to assist a customer. However, the store has faced some criticism regarding its lack of available cashiers and long checkout lines, which can be frustrating for customers, especially when they are in a hurry. The store's layout, with a narrow entrance and long aisles without crossovers, has also been noted as a potential issue. Despite these challenges, the store is praised for its variety of offerings, and one employee, Olga, is singled out for her exceptional service and dedication. The self-checkout option is appreciated, but some customers prefer the personal interaction with a manned checkout. Overall, the Real Canadian Superstore Walker Road aims to provide a comprehensive shopping experience, though it could benefit from addressing the concerns raised by its customers regarding staffing and layout.
Worked with Deanna in Customer Service today to resolve a purchase made earlier in the day. She was thoughtful, considerate and quickly resolved the issue! She is a KEEPER!

Meh. It’s fine. Prices are decent. Nice they have more than groceries. They have a lot of international foods too. But other grocery stores have more quality items that I prefer.

No shovels or salt available.
Nice that they keep Joe Fresh out of the way in this store.
