I am beyond outraged and appalled by the experience I had at Rexall pharmacy. I purchased baby formula for my 3-day-old infant, only to discover at home (after feeding her that for a day) that it was 17 days expired. This is absolutely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to any newborn. When I went back to return the expired product, instead of an apology and swift resolution, the store manager had the audacity to blame me for the situation.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is astonishing. Selling expired baby formula is not only irresponsible but could have had severe consequences for my baby's health. The store's failure to properly check and stock their shelves with safe, non-expired products is a fundamental breach of trust and duty.
To make matters worse, the manager's unprofessional and dismissive attitude only added insult to injury. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, they chose to deflect and blame the customer. This experience has left me with zero confidence in Rexall's ability to provide safe and reliable products.
I strongly urge all parents and caregivers to double-check the expiration dates on all products purchased from this store. Better yet, avoid this location entirely to prevent similar horrifying experiences. Rexall needs to take immediate action to rectify their stock management practices and train their staff on proper customer service and accountability.
Shame on Rexall for such gross negligence and an abhorrent response to a serious issue. They have lost my trust and business permanently.

When they have a sale on laundry detergent and dryer sheets it’s a combined deal so u can’t get 4 of each for that price and the flyer does not specify I’d rather go to shoppers and get my points.

The store is easily accessible by public transit and it’s very clean and tidy but that’s probably because they don’t get a lot of customers given their nasty customer service. You can tell staff just very clearly hates people and can’t even be bothered to smile or put any effort into being friendly. Just ring you up so they can get rid of you and give you snarky attitude if you ask about their return policy. It’s a real shame because it takes absolutely no effort to be pleasant, especially when it’s your job. (I’ve been in customer service for 5 years)

They never have my prescription ready and I'm always having to go back multiple times as quite often they can only fill half of my prescriptions as they run out . I called in my prescription refill yesterday and was told again they only could fill half .I picked it up at 1pm today and asked when the rest would be available. The girl didn't know what I was talking about. So the Owner comes over and was very nasty,she started almost yelling at me that she changed my pill mg .Ill never shop there again !!! The store is clean and the cashiers are nice at front but it was empty with only 3 or 4customers.To bad the pharmacist is driving customers away.Almost all the people in my building have stopped getting prescriptions there.

WARNING FOR CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS: The pharmacist has started calling doctors questioning long-term opioid scripts. They also interrogate family members picking up medications—big decline in quality in the last 2 years.

Horrible staff. been followed through the store and treated like a lowlife criminal every time i had to walk through the store to get to the post office. The post office should reconsider a new location.

I find this pharmacy very quick. I have rarely had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a prescription.If they are out of your medicine, they will try to get it in by the next day.If the medicine delivery person is there, you will have to wait for all of the prescriptions they are delivering to be filled before yours so it is a super long wait (about 1 hr). Just run out and get a coffeeOverall it is well run and I will continue to use them.
