I had a beautiful experience shopping at both Ricki's. I want to thank Dee in the Tecumseh Mall and Bonnie and Farzina at Windsor Crossing. You girls went out of your way to help me find the perfect dress. Thank you for making me feel so special. All the help and suggestions are so appreciated. I'm so happy that we did find that perfect dress and a beautiful blazer too. Dee , Bonnie and Farzana you all so friendly , kind and caring. Thank you ?

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very good experience. One of the associates found a top for me that I never would have picked out for myself and it fit well and looked good. I was impressed with her.

The customer service was so good. Friendly and very helpful.
I will say that when I got home I decided that I really wanted this skirt and top that I have tried on so I went online and decided to order it and low and behold it was on sale online but not in the store. Sometimes confusing but my overall experience with cleo has always been wonderful.

I purchased a couple pair of pants in May. Unfortunately after only a few times wearing the fabric was pulling every time you came in contact with something. The store returned them without a receipt and issued me a gift card. I was pleasantly surprised. I have been a devoted customer to Cleo for many years as I am petite and buy all of my office clothes there.
I am just hoping that the quality is not slipping.

Disappointed...I spent over 100 dollars in the store Saturday morning, wasn't given or even told about the promo, spent over $100 get $10 off..went to the Cleo store at Devonshire and as soon as I walked in salesperson let us know.

Staff very friendly, great sale on. Your website hours are incorrect, states you are open until 8:00 pm but staff said you are only open until 7:00 pm , didn’t have much time to shop considering I got there at 6:45
