I always enjoy coming to this location because the staff are incredibly friendly. Emily makes me feel so welcome that I sometimes forget I’m even in a store. She’s truly the best! Wade also does an excellent job with my pool water testing and always shares valuable advice to help me keep my pool in top shape. Every visit is a great experience. You guys always go above and beyond.

Staff here were super friendly and quick to greet you as soon as you walk in. Devon showed exceptional service both visits on the same day as I required multiple key copies for the Rentals and Airbnbs I manage. Cashier was also very friendly with everyone during the checkout process. Happy to see that they haven't automated that process.

Generally helpful, but over scan at check out. Even after I asked another associate to check the receipt. He confmed that my 4 packs of of 5-pack yard bags should be changed at 5x $3.69/pk. That seems wrong. But I recommend the helpfulness of this location.

The staff can use training on how to greet and serve customers. Chitshatting with each other won't help the customer at all. They also should organize the store more.

Not returning. I’m tired of every time I go in this store- which is less and less - the staff immediately asks what you need. Some customers are perfectly capable of finding what they need on their own and the ones that need assistance will ask. It is incredibly frustrating every time I go into this store I am badgered as to what I am shopping for and feel rushed to leave. I don’t ever even look around the store because I feel some uncomfortable to be in store and with the staff rushing I just grab whatever is kind of what I wanted and leave. Unfortunately I won’t be back and if I choose to support Home Hardware, I’ll go to the Seminole store or Tecumseh.

Terrible experience.
Ordered a bike that came up to almost $200 for my son.
Opted for the home delivery because it was free.
I received my bike with the box opened and tire sticking out from it.
When I called the store they were quick to disregard that it wasn't their problem.
I would have to deal with a 3rd party company.
If I'm ordering an item from home hardware. I'd expect that I can return in store, and help with the process.
Have Ordered and had items delivered to my home from other big chains with no issues.

This Riverside Home Hardware is very important for this region. It has a large amount of construction equipment. The Personals are very nice and helpful
