My little old flip phone had been acting up and went dead yesterday....went to the Rogers store at Tecumseh mall in Windsor....they cleaned it, checked if it could take a charge and were friendly and knowledgeable.....and did not charge me! Talk about great service! Thanks.....

I recently upgraded my phone here and had an amazing experience! There was a slight problem with my account and Hadi helped a lot and kept reassuring me, very professional, very knowledgeable staff for sure!

Dear Management of this franchise.
Please educate your employees on Canada being a multicultural country and be respectful on how to deal with customers. One of your employee shows up to work and choses racism over getting a deal to customer.

I switched from Bell to Rogers over the Christmas Holidays due to a combination of a great plan that Rogers had and my displeasure with Bells service. Joe who is an associate at the store took amazing care of me setting up my new phone, explaining the plan and any questions i had. So if that wasn't enough. I receive notice of a discount i was eligible for based on a disability i have. Joe surely didn't have to notify me of this at all but did so anyway. Just wanna say that Rogers and Joe are awesome. Any needs you have go to this store and get Joe to help you out. Thanks.

Had an amazing experience at the Rogers store at 824 Tecumseh Rd E in Windsor! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and were super eager to help. They're not just knowledgeable about their products and services, but they also have this incredible way of making tech stuff easy to understand for someone like me.
What really stood out was how patient they were. I had a ton of questions and they walked me through everything, making sure I got exactly what I needed without any pushy sales tactics. It's clear they're all about making sure customers leave happy.
The store itself is pretty cool too - clean, well-organized, and set up in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. And their hours are super convenient for my hectic schedule.
Big shoutout to the whole crew there for such a positive vibe and for making my visit a fantastic one. It's not just about buying a phone or a plan; it's the warm and friendly service that makes this place a gem in Windsor. Keep up the great work, team!

My experience at the Rogers store at 824 Tecumseh Rd. was excellent. The sales person Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with the transfers to the new phone which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this store for all your Rogers needs.

Hi, i don't know if this review is reaching to the concern person but just writing my first experience with Roger's store in a hope to get good response.Terrible & unacceptable experience by the employees at this location As the store timings are 10 to 6 PM I went their at 5:35 PM today but they refused to serve me any services they said that "We are closing in 5 mins so can't serve me any services, come tomorrow before 6 PM". I mean what the hell is this we came before 6 PM today & there was still 25 mins remaining to close the store. Also we understand if they are busy but they were sitting ideally on chairs doing nothing just gossiping with each other. If this store can't serve us why are you running this store then. I know it's not the fault of the owner or manager but I seriously request deeply from my heart to look into this kind of Matters & micro manage stores because they might have lot of time to waste but some people don't, they have same job timings 10 AM to 6 PM & hardly managed to come. Again it's a humble request to look deeply in this kind of matters. And please don't hire this kind of people who doesn't want to work.

Really nice employees, went above and beyond to get SIM with out of province ID. Also knows good places to eat
