Excellent ? Service and very friendly. I was there to check for an phone purchase and the employee make the best for me. The guy at the service find the best and more economical solution for me and my family.The result was 2 new phones plus he reduce my monthly bill.

I had a wonderful experience at this Rogers store this evening. Kene was knowledgeable, kind and patient and was more than happy to assist me with my tech issues. I will definitely return the next time I find myself in need of some technological support.

The service is absolutely terrible here , the mind set of helping out or inquiring on a problem is “mono “ . Went in on a Saturday to have someone help out with a new phone on a separate account and was told “ we do not do that “ . After calling Rogers ( customer care) I was told that was not an issue. Call back again today to have another employee help out with the same issue after being resolved with the same attitude. . This time the employee hung up on me twice. I strongly recommend avoiding this place as there is absolutely no customer support along with customer courtesy. Management needs to speak with their employees.

I went to go cancel my plan and pay the rest of my phone finances that I owe. Ada (his name starts with) said I can’t help you. I said I’d like to cancel my plan and pay off what I owe on my phone. He said he can’t help me and I have to call the 1888 number. The store is useless especially that one tall middle eastern gentleman with shaved sides long hair and beard who never helps with anything. Should be FIRED!!!! Worst customer service every…. Been with Rogers for 15 years will never come back. Worst customer service ever! Especially in the store when I know HE COULD HAVE HELPED!

Absolutely amazing person shafiq. I came from chatham to Windsor rogers as chatham roger service is worse but shafiq went out in his way and satisfied us. I was planning on getting new device he helped me out. He changed my plan plus my husband plan paying same amount as we are even $5 off and getting 3*data more . Absolutely incredible service provided by him.I was waiting on getting rogers survey email so that I can admire his service but unfortunately I didn’t receive this time. But really happy with the service.

I had a plan and it was great and got even better when I was offered another plan over the phone that was supposed to cost the same thing only offered x3 more data. I asked them to MAKE NOTES because I figured it was too good to be true. My bill increased additional $20/mo. Next billing cycle even after asking Rogers Customer service phone line to leave notes, they told me the store made an error. (The store didn't make an error to be clear)I contacted this store they told me to come in, in person and they would get Rogers customer service phone line on a call and we'd sort it all out, but when I came in the store they just told me to either change my plan back to the original one or to call the Rogers Customer service phone line ON MY OWN right after telling me to "Come into the store and we'd call Rogers Customer Service phone line together."(waste of time). So rogers phone line told me to call the phone line, and the phone line told me to call the store, both basically had me running in circles to figure it out myself instead of working as a team to resolve my report.They offered me a new plan it was a downgrade, but I was very pleased with it to be honest. I'm leaving 3 stars because I was disappointed in lack of teamwork between Rogers Customer Service Phone Line and this Rogers Store.This is a real review # ends in 7274.
