The Manager is very rude. The branch always have there doors closed even though it says they are open till 11pm for Atm use. As u can see in the picture. The worst Branch I've delt with in my Entire Life. I would give them 0 stars but not able to. Go to 21 Amy Croft staff there actually care about u n ur needs.

Krishna at this branch suggested for me to apply for their credit card while opening a bank account, which I had no intention on doing when I went in. He went through the application process and sent it in BEFORE asking my credit history, resulting in being declined and a hit on my credit score. His words "if I knew you're credit history I wouldn't have even tried to apply since I know you would have been declined". So thank you for the inquiry on my credit report which will be there for the next 5 years because of your negligence.

Wow the reviews seem to say it all. This bank refuses to recognize checks from the Ontario government as government cheques despite all scotiabank policies, their online chat help, and the government saying they will indeed cash them. Closed the account due to their incompetence and disgusting attitude. Hope head office handles this with better grace than their employees could muster. So according to the supervisor, the financial advisor, and everyone that didn’t speak up against this on duty this morning, they stand by their statement that the Ontario GOVERNMENT doesn’t send “government cheques” and they plan to hold them even when brought into a teller. We are talking about regular government benefits. And these cheques can’t be signed over to another person.

BE CAREFUL! I walked in with a stack of cash to deposit and put it on the counter in front of the teller assuming the teller would count it in front of me, like every other bank teller experience ive had in life. nope. before I could say anything she took the whole stack of $5000, turned her back and stuck it in a machine (without my consent) that counts AND deposits money and told me i only gave her $4500. I told her that is incorrect as i counted it 5 times, and to please take it out of the machine and count it manually with me. I was told once its in the machine they cant take it out and that i have to "just trust the machine because machines are always right"!!! Insane! There have been multiple times in my life where a bank machine dispensed the wrong amount or deposited the wrong amount and then i have to wait weeks to have them figure out and refund it. dont tell me machines are always right!! The staff was like a bunch of emotionless computer-programmed zombies. chanting"the machine is never wrong, the machine is never wrong" Bizarre, scary and upsetting experience. No human factor left in the world anymore and I have yet to see my $500 or any proof. And thats just the way it is. they could potentially rob every customer and you would have no way to prove it the way they whisk the money from you and jam it in a machine before you can speak!!!

This bank is turning into the biggest joke In Windsor TD had that but scotia is turning into it.. I tried to open an account for my son. Can't do that don't have the people there as 3 workers are standing around playing pocket pool... 2nd on labor day went to withdraw 380.. the machine crashed on me. The 380 came out of my account but no money out of the ATM.. I CALLED to dispute it.. 1st I was told.. 48-72 hours the money would be back. It wasn't called back they said up to 10 business days... that didn't happen. Now I'm told end of July.. this bank don't care about their customers. They all want your money. I will no longer babk with this company. Disgusting

Chelsea is a fantastic financial advisor!! She takes the time to make sure you 100% know what you're doing when you walk out of her office. Extremely helpful and cares about her clients fiances. Trustworthy and informative!

Worst experience!!! I need a US draft today. Firstly, the female teller tole me I don't have US dollars in my account. Then she told me I can not have a US dollar draft, because she had to exchange US dollar to Canadian dollar and then gave me a Canadian dollar draft. Are you kidding me? Then she said she needs to ask her manager and she started to check my identity for 20mins when she came back. After that, she started to print my draft. However, she looked at the computer and did nothing. She looks so comfused and she didn't know how to do that. She had to ask for help from other tellers. Fine, finally she printed my draft. But then she said something wrong and she didn't know what's happened. FINALLY, she asked me to find another teller because she cann't do that!!! I wasted 1 hours and she did nothing!!!!
