“If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in needing help with a birthday photo template and they treated it like it was their own project. Took their time, listened to every detail, and made sure it was perfect. It turned out even better than I imagined. Thank you for the amazing customer service!”

“This store has the best customer service and the nicest staff on hand. They are always so polite, so helpful and take care of everything with ease. It is far superior to some of the other locations within Windsor which is why I will always continue to use this location.”

“I have been dealing with Bridgeview Customs Brokers and Tom for roughly 25 years from my days operating a larger distribution company, to now operating a smaller self employed manufacture's representative business, which doesn't have as many clearances like the old days, but large or small they are still the best. They are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, prompt with their responses and competitive rates. I recommend them to all my customers I work with in Canada that are in need of brokerage services as they can clear shipments across the country and to manufactures that are shipping products into Canada. Tom's son Tyler is now involved and although still learning the business, service hasn't changed and they're still the best to work with, nice job Tyler and team. If your looking for a knowledgably and responsive broker, you need to call Bridgeview Customs Brokers.”

He made the whole experience so easy and pleasant, and you could genuinely tell that he cared about helping. UPS is lucky to have someone like Hossam on their team. Thank you, Hossam, for your kindness and great service!”

“I haven't had a problem with this place. Works really good when you don't know if you're going to be at a destination for parcel, works really well for hold for pickup.”
