This is honestly the worst shoppers I've ever been to in terms of how management treats customers. No help, not friendly, getting the stink eye for asking for a price check. Shameful. What a stain on the shoppers brand. After seeing all the other recent negative reviews, I'm relieved I'm not the only one who felt this way

Further update:A police report has been filed and phone comany as been informed and phone os now black-listed and useless to the sick individual who stole it.and I know for a fact now that it was a Shoppers Employee who stole my phone due to the fact that my phone tracker showed it was in the store for hours and only moved after mall closed.It's actually concerning that this person works in a drug store because if they can steal from a customer who accidentally left their phone on the counter then what else are they stealing??This is absolutely heartbreakingSaturday September 22nd 2023:Apple where's my phone shows that my phone is in their store and they refused to help and allowed customers to call me a bad mom and tell me that I shouldn't be a motherThey then proceeded to call mall security on me because I told this lady to mind her own business with tears in my eyes .. they called mall security because I swore at her but in all honesty she's lucky that's all I did because she involved herself in a situation that had nothing to do with her and at the end of the day I was in my right to be upset because it is a Shoppers Employee who stole my phone.It's not just that the phone is missing its that it's in their store and I have a parent in the hospital and really need it back ...so yes I was emotional because I was simply trying to enjoy a day out with my daughter after spending most of the week at the hospital with a parent who is in really bad health and I know that the call no one wants to get could come at any moment.Never make just random comments about people when you see them upset in public because you never know what that person is going through in that momentI hope which ever shoppers employee or customer who has stolen my phone off the counter enjoys it because I will be filing police report and reporting the phone as stolen and I will also be black-listing the phone so it will be completely useless to youThis whole store should be ashamed of themselves

Incredibly disappointed with my experience at this shoppers. Truly frustrating that my friend bought a pair of stockings for $15, just to have them rip when she was CAREFULLY putting them on. Went back with her to return them, the 16 year old looking supervisor named Maddy refused to refund the product. It's shoppers policy to refund any product 30 days after purchasing whether it's open or not. I found this information out after talking to a lovely girl at Shoppers LaSalle, saying she could provide refund no problem. Crazy how LaSalle could refund it, but it's a problem at the Devonshire location.However, in the beauty department, I would give Sarah 5 stars for her amazing customer service and assisting me with picking out skin care products. She was incredible, will only be going to this location for makeup/skincare from now on.

I would like to personally thank Tessi for getting my gift card fiasco sorted out so efficiently and so easily! She was an absolute delight to deal with and the process was super easy with her.The other 2 employees I spoke to were much less helpful. One pretended to flip through a note book and said "well there's nothing in here about you so you'll have to come back another day", when I live in Tilbury.Another told me I needed to call head office... When I already told her there was a replacement gift card waiting for me in the store...Anyways, Tessi you're an absolute gem and I'm so grateful you were there to help me!

Great store, clean, easy to shop. Friendly staff.Poor parking!! Was better location across the street at former building for easier access. I would hate to be in wheelchair or have a walker as it is a hike from parking lot to front door. Other than that it's a great store!

Horrible customer service by Sandy!!!. According to shoppers return policy you can return item within 30 days. my husband picked up the wrong sunscreen and it was not used and in its original packaging. Supervisor Sandy said that she can’t take it and asked me to go to some other shoppers and they ll take it. I told her that all shoppers should have the same policy. She doesn’t wanna take the responsibility and said that some other shoppers branch should deal with the return.

Your compliments on my appearance really made me feel special and more confident.But more importantly, I want to thank you for being such a good soul. Your kindness and warmth towards me really stood out and made me feel comfortable during a time when I was feeling down.It's people like you who make this world a better place, and I feel lucky to have crossed paths with you. Pharmacy is pretty bad. I went there this morning and asked for a prescription to be refilled. They said ok, they would text me when it was ready because I wanted to pick it up.They had it delivered but didn't follow the instructions about cutting the tablets in half even though the woman said she would include the instructions in the order.Also, they told us 3 times that the meeting to get blister packs could be held in person or over the phone. When the woman called for the phone meeting, the woman said it had to be done in person. There are a total of 4 types of pills and this couldn't be ironed out over the phone?

I found the store manager to be very rude and judgmental. The stores policies are discriminatory. It's ok for an electric wheelchair to be used but not an electric scooter both are needed for mobility, they don't provide a secure location to park an electric bike or scooter not everyone can afford a brand new tesla or other electric vehicleModels but would still like to do our part to ensure the earth lasts for future generations believe me the use of a pedal assist bike is no luxury in comparison to a car

I was there early Sunday afternoon New Years Day. After waiting patiently and at length for the female pharmacists attention I checked a text on my phone. Having seen that she then asked me “are getting a prescription or watching a movie”? I don’t deal with this location thankfully nor would I recommend it.

Being that I went in during one of the coldest days this month, I was shocked to see that there was no heating. As a customer I would expect a better shopping environment, as well as workplace. I saw Shoppers employees as well look visibly cold and uncomfortable due to the lack of heating, and were forced to resort to wearing additional layers that did not help. I am unsure why the heating was not working, but from the looks of it, it didn't seem like an appropriate day to continue store operations. I quickly left due to how uncomfortable and cold the store was. Management needs to do a better job for their employees sake as well, because I could not imagine working a full 8 hour shift in those conditions.

One tall male employee stares at us during shopping and makes us feel extremely uncomfortable. It is understandable for an employee to watch customers but continuous staring is pretty uncomfortable especially from a distance. If this happened once it might be passed off but every time we go there and that man is there they always stare while we are shopping.

If you like waiting this is the place. Came in Saturday July 2 around 9:45am to drop off a prescription for a non covid related vaccine. One person was working. She came over and processed my prescription and said come back in 10 or 15 minutes. Not a problem as I walked around the Mall. Please note I wanted to transfer my account as well from the Malden Road branch to Devonshire as I live much closer to this pharmacy. So I came back 20 minutes later and there was about 5 people desperate to get a COVID vaccine as their flight was leaving in an hour. The poor young lady at the pharmacy had to go through passports, medical records and type everything in...so I waited. And waited....and waited. Then I left as nothing was going to happen anytime soon. My gripe is not with the person working there but I could not help notice proudly displayed was the "Team" roster. My question, Mr Thibert, where were you and the other 13 team members when you only had 1 person working? I suggest you get your act together staff wise. I will stick with the Malden Road pharmacy.
