The current staff at smart style is amazing! Sometimes I like to go to a certain stylist but if they aren’t available I have no problem going to another girl since they are all very accommodating and understanding. I’ve been getting my hair done at this salon for a long while now and it’s upsetting to see how many unreasonable people they have to deal with on a regular basis. I’ve seen people get mad at a stylist for taking their lunch break. They are cheaper than the majority of salons in Windsor and it’s very convenient that it’s inside Walmart in case there is a wait and you need to grab some groceries. Will keep going.

Absolutely LOVE my hair I couldn’t be more happy! I’ve been seeing Cass here for my highlights and cut for a while now and she always does a fantastic job, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

My child left in tears. I believe her name was Cassandra. It was supposed to be a simple haircut some side buzz and a little trim on top. I noticed about 10 minutes into the haircut, but this person should not be cutting anybody’s hair, but of course, the kind person I am waiting a little longer to see if things will improve. When I saw my sons face turn colour and change expression into what I can only imagine was a horrendous feeling. I decided to ask him if he was OK, and he looked at me with eyes full of tears and said he was OK. And that the haircut reminded him of a kid from school and he didnt like it . I got up and took a closer look at his hair. She has completely destroyed his beautiful hair, it was chopped into different types of lengths all around. His bangs we’re totally uneven and it looks like my two year old nephew had gotten into the scissors and decided to cut his cousins hair. My son was crying in the car the entire time and was asking me not to send him to school looking like this and quite honestly I wasn’t going to, but my husband had asked his personal barber to open up his shop after hours and to fix this horrific haircut. We walked out and she looked upset like angry, Because she noticed that he was very upset and crying. And had said you don’t have to pay you can just leave. At least she had the decency to recognize what she had just done and didn’t take my money. Whoever runs this establishment needs to make sure that their Hairstylists have proper experience. And proper training before their left alone. To cut peoples hair.. this is a lesson learned for me to never ever take any of my children, or myself to any of the Walmart salons.

Had to get a haircut for the summer time, because I’m cleaning out the school buses for the summer season.Cass is a great hairdresser she did exactly what I wanted. She has a great personality. If anyone would ask me where to get their next haircut. I’d recommend her salon where she works and also recommend her too. I’m sure they might do perms and other services but my particular service was fantastic. ?????Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Appointments made online are ignored so dont bother using the app its the same as no appointment. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Even though I had made an appointment on the app and had received a confirmation text. I was rudely informed that the computer didnt let them know of any appointments made online. So not only was the shop empty and after waiting 10 min for both staff members to come back from a bathroom break! I was told that they both had appointments coming in and if I wanted their services I would have to wait an hour. So I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning.
