Worst experience ever. Today on Jan 9, 2026. At 5:40 pm we visited this store and went to the black lady to confirm the shoe price which was showing at less price online than in store. She was wearing the green sweater and curly hairs and had a boycut. She was extremely rude and didn’t know how to deal with customer. She was quite unprofessional and senseless. Please don’t go to this store to buy anything where people don’t know that how to deal with the customer and solve their confusions. (NOTE: DON’T GO TO THAT BLACK LADY SPECIALLY)👎🏻

The lady with the red hair (manager I think?) has an attitude which is uncalled for every time I go in here. Do better at training your employees on making it a more pleasant shopping experience perhaps

My mother came in earlier to do an exchange and the manager Mike was very rude about it. She had a gift receipt and he proceeded to try to dismiss her and said other customers were a priority at the moment because he was too lazy to find the correct receipt after his employee originally gave us an incorrect gift receipt and did not email us a copy of the receipt either after asking us for the email address to send the receipt to. Do not recommend shopping at this place when the manager is working.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. Every single time I go in, I am treated horribly. Today, I went in to do a size exchange and Mike, the manager, had disrespected me and told me not to give attitude when I was simply confused as to why they refused the exchange. This was not the only time he was very rude. Not happy at all, I’m done shopping here.

Had to come in store to do an exchange and Sabrina was such a great help and so pleasant. I hate coming to the mall but she made the experience great !

II’d like to give a big thank you to two of your new employees. First, Deborah she was incredibly kind and friendly, took her time to help me, and even though it was her first time doing an order , she was patient and made sure everything was exactly what I asked for. I appreciated how much effort she put in
And Yousuf, he was super helpful and attentive, always ready to jump in and assist customers in need, even if he was busy helping others in line. His kindness and willingness to help stood out.
Both made my experience so much better, and they truly deserve recognition for their excellent service

had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order online and the system showed that it was already delivered to the store, but when I asked the staff about it, they were extremely rude and uncooperative. They told me it was “not the time” to look for my order and didn’t make any effort to help. Very unprofessional attitude. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

Sabrina is awesome! Only thing that sucks about going there is they don't have those things that can measure your feet. Sabrina is a busy body, she knows what her customer wants, she wants nothing better than to help out people. In my experiences, her and one other person has always treated me well but she isn't there any more, most people who are working there are... I don't want to talk bad about them, dealing with the general public can be too much but Sabrina needs to have those raises!

So frustrated Monday to Wednesday this week. Monday went in to return/exchange a pair of boots I had purchased online not knowing they were closed for renovation and move.
Tuesday they were going to reopen and still not ready. Wednesday morning I went back and had to wander the mall as they still weren’t ready! Finally opened an hour and a half later!! Staff were apologetic but not management.

Went to return my ugg goldenstar clogs because of a defect. their 6 month defect return warranty id amazing. the man at the counter was so helpful and understanding, it was the most easygoing experience! definitely shopping for my shoes from there always!

woman with red hair i couldnt catch her name i think she was the manager, was extremely rude from the second i walked in. very snarky about any questions i had and was less than helpful. wouldnt recommend, attitude was less than desireable creating an overall negative experience
