I recently came into Staples to purchase some paper. I was looking for a very specific kind and a wonderful lady named Blonca helped me find exactly what I needed. I would have never been able to find it without her help and she was extremely kind and patient. I wish all stores were as helpful as she was.

I recently went to this store to purchase a tablet for my son with special needs. I was not expecting to receive such great customer service from a big box store and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up buying an IPad instead, since I will be able to easily customize certain settings on it and it will provide some much needed entertainment for my son. The worker there was amazing and very knowledgeable and patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and I will 100% be coming back to this specific store. Bianca you were a huge help with a very overwhelming purchase. Thank you again.

The place is well-organized and stable. The staff members are very friendly and speak politely. They are always ready to help and guide you if you are confused or unable to find something. It’s a wonderful place to buy stationery and other useful items. I had a really nice experience overall!

We bought the printer from this store but when we went back to returns within 30 days . Manager asked give me instructions book, its come with that was missing . She didn't returns my money. I told her your representative didn't explain that condition. Representative only said with original receipt you can return.
I am very disappointed. Manager was very rude . Please don't buy anything from that store.

I recently placed an online business card order through Staples (via Canva) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the ordering and payment process went smoothly, we heard absolutely nothing for 10 days after placing the order—no updates from either Canva or Staples.
When we finally called the store, they acknowledged there was a Canva order on file, but it had been effectively canceled without any notice because of a “border” issue on the design. The staff provided no accountability or empathy for the delay. They didn’t notify us at all before canceling, and they offered no alternative solution on the spot, even when we explained the urgency.

Thanks for screwing up my cad prints. Files were 1:1 PDF. I verified them dimensionally before I went in. How you could mis-scale by 10 inches is beyond me.

Drea, was an absolute joy to work with.
She was wonderful at problem solving and offering multiple solutions when we were not able to email the prints we were looking to send over. She is top notch, fabulous customer service. She really made my staples experience a very pleasant one.
