Walking into Bell for my home and mobility was a seamless transition with the help of Krishna!

A checkout line full of people, with no one in sight. $30 items are locked up or have empty boxes, causing employees to have to go into the warehouse to fetch items.
Phone system is designed to prevent you from reaching someone. When you finally get the extension you need, it rings with no answer. If you call back later, it's the same result.

Disappointing Experience at Staples
I visited Staples to enquire about printing address labels for wedding cards. The store was almost empty, yet I was made to wait for nearly half an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with did not seem to know what address labels were. After the long wait, I was told—quite rudely—that I would have to download and print everything myself. The interaction was unhelpful and lacked both basic product knowledge and customer service. Very disappointing experience!

I placed an order Thursday Nov 20 for holiday calendars with same-day pickup, and since I’d never used this service before, I was pretty nervous about getting everything on time. Next morning around 10:30 AM, I received a call letting me know that the printer at my pickup location had broken.
I spoke with Emily, and she was incredibly helpful, calm, and kind. She reassured me right away and arranged to have my order redirected to another Staples so I could still get it today. Her customer service was excellent and truly eased my stress.
I really appreciate the extra effort and support—thank you to Emily and to Staples for making sure everything worked out!

Worst staples location when it comes to the printing department. I had invitations to print on card stock didn’t even ask for them to be cut just printed. I’ve done this at other staples locations before yet the associate claimed they can only do it if it’s placed online.
