I bought some shoes from here and the manager was very helpful and was very patient with me because I was unsure of which pair to go with for my dress. He also helped me find a clutch to go with the shoes I was getting and was very polite and respectful throughout the encounter! Would definitely recommend this place and they’ve got different types of shoes!

Horrible shoe and customer service at Devonshire mall.
Bought these shoes for a wedding and the heel broke within 1 hr of wearing them!! Went into the store withing 5 days of purchase and explained what happened and shoed him (the very clean shoes) the man working said 'let me go talk to somone in the back' came out and acted like he was helping with a store credit to use in 6 months. I said I wanted my money back because they were $100 i bought them special for wedding and i couldnt even wear them. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager, so we asked to speak to the owner in the back. He then said he's not here and ignored us for 20 minutes untill I asked when they will be back. He went back on what he said - and that he called the owner and he wont be back till 4.
I didn't want to wait 4 hrs so I said okay can I get the credit or new pair - and he said no there's nothing I can do for you. And threw in that part of the reason he wasn't anynore was because I was going to leave a Google review.
I will he contacting the shoe company and the Stilla company.
Will never go again and and strongly don't recommend with all the other shoe stores in this mall.

Terrible store policy and horrible customer service. Find another store to shop! Be warned and cheap junk merchandise to boot. They should be shut down!

Worst customer service experience ever. The sales person had no courtesy and felt free to throw mean comments. False Advertisement - she misguided us about the price up until we were about to check out. Will never go back to this store.

Spoke to some older guy on the sales floor, seemed very short and impatient with me when asking questions, like all that mattered was the sale going through, would not return, products not worth the price either
