App said it is ready at 2:55pm. Had to wait 15 mins extra (from 2:55 to 3:10) sitting there seeing these guys struggling to put the sandwiches together. The place is not busy at all and had 4 people working when I walked in. No extra order coming in. Still need 15 mins to put my sandwiches together.Look at the picture. The order print out paper is inside the garnish bin.Will never go there again.

That was the worse sub I ever had I like sub because of the topping you could barely see any topping on that getting cheap and cheaper of topping and bigger price we should stop buying it till the company realize they are cheating on people .

My cousin started his training here. Initially the owner told him that he would train him and then hire him. When asked for the pay, he used to tell him that he would pay at the end of training. After one month, the owner told my cousin to keep his schedule free and that he had some shifts opening for the other week. Then the day after that, he fired my cousin and didn’t even pay my cousin for the time he was “trained” while he actually was doing his duties and what a regular employee would do. To me, it is exploitation of students because students trust people like him hoping they would get a job but this is what happens. And my intention to write this review is that other students can be mindful of situations like this if they decide to work with them.

Owner has ordered his employees to stealth upcharge customers using the new numbered menu. Ordered 4 subs off old menu, 3 got charged under the new, more expensive numbered option. This is the 2nd time he's done this to my group. Just disgusting behavior. Unbelievably cheap and dishonest. It will be the last time I ever go there. Stay away from this place.

It's a subway, expect subway food. But I've noticed that this particular subway likes to cheap out on the meat and toppings. I still go here because it's convenient on front road, but I always ask for extra spinach. As if I would be okay with 4 leaves on my footling.

I went to get a salad from there, the owner is very cheap. He barely put any vegetables and he refused to give me a bag . Don’t recommend going here. The subway on Malden Road is much better

If I could rate less than one star I would. We have been going to this location for several years and should have stopped giving them our business when it came under new management a couple of years ago. I agree 100% with other reviews that note that the service and quality have gone downhill. The owner is extremely stingy with the toppings and if you want a decent amount of anything on your sandwich you have to ask for extra (sometimes twice), which they then give begrudgingly. However out of sheer convenience we have given them our business up until today. Today I sent my 2 teenaged sons in to pick us up some lunch. When they came back they told me there had been a problem with the debit machine and that the owner had processed the transaction twice. Sure enough, when I checked my online banking, I saw that they had debited the total twice from my account. My sons then went back to get a refund, with a screenshot of my account that showed a double charge. However, the owner once again insisted to them that it hadn’t processed, refusing them the refund. He told them again that it was a bank error and sent them on their way. Although I could clearly see that it was not a bank error, I decided to visit my local branch for clarification before heading back. The manager there was kind enough to clarify that it was in fact not a bank error but a double charge. She even gave me her card and welcomed the Subway owner to call her for verification. When I went back (third time) to sort this out, I politely asked the owner to refund my account for the double charge. He again told me that the bank was in the wrong, to which I replied that I had gone there first and confirmed that he in fact had double charged me. I handed him the business card, which he refused to take. He then said that he would refund me even though it was not his error, and proceeded to act like he was doing me a grand favour in returning my money that he stole. Overall a very bad experience, and in my opinion, an indication of how this business/owner will readily take advantage of people who don’t know enough to look into things. I believe he was taking advantage of my sons, whom he figured would probably not know any better. We will not be giving them any more business.
