Did an online order, picked up my food. No hot or fire sauces and ordered, no straw for my drink, no fork for my fries supreme.Barely any beans in the crunch wrap. Fries were cold and hard.

We ordered on Uber Eats, then received a call from the Uber driver saying that the store was refusing to make our food. The Taco Bell employee kicked our driver out of the store, and when we tried calling the store to have our order cancelled they claimed they couldn't (which is untrue, everyone who's ever worked food retails knows that.) After they refused to cancel our order we had to cancel it ourselves and were left with the full bill. We had to call Uber eats support to get any refund. Completely unsatisfied with the rude and ignorant service.

This message to the owner، I came to the store at 0630 pm in Feb 05 to pick up Uber order , the worker there which I assume he is the team leader is very rude and unprofessional to me because I asked him why he is not doing my order even after 15 minutes, he said he will serve the drive tru first and he doesn't care about online orders and me, he asked to leave ate store and cancel the order and he went outside and followed me for a fight, I don't know what type of people you hired here , kicking out people and go after them for a fight , I informed the customer about the incident she was unhappy and she cancelled the order,I am going to report this incident to Uber and the police , so next time you make sure that you hire a professional and civilized people in your store .

Great staff. Patiently waited while we ordered. We had a vegetarian order and had a lot of customizations but the lady patiently put it in the system.

It's Taco Bell. Of course the food is terrible, I'm not sure why that's a complaint. Have never experienced the wait times that others have.UPDATE: They put lettuce on the beefy 5 later burrito. ?

Went to drive through. Ordered 25 tacos for family of 5. They were prepared quickly, however not very edible. They were crunchy tacos that were so soggy some stuck to the paper.

I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell! An employee whom I think is a manager there, went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! Faith was so kind to us and her professionalism amazed me! The food was good but the service we experienced made our day and we will be going back! For tacos and to see faith!

Avoid this location , customer service is horrible and not a pleasant experience.If you see the employee Faith, run she claims she is a manager as well, she will treat you very bad and should not be working in customer service.I ordered a side of cheese sauce with my meal and when I recieved it the container was 1/3 full , I asked her to please fill the cheese sauce because I didn't pay $1 for 1/3 of a small container. She flipped out and said no so I then asked her for a refund on it then because I didn't want it, she lost it and told me I had to get my a** out of the drive-thru and park my car and go inside if I wanted a refund that she wasn't helping me. I asked her what her problem was and asked to speak to a manager she snapped at me and said she is one of the managers and that If I didn't leave her drive-thru she was calling to police. I asked her if that's how she treats all her customers and she yelled at me walled away grabbed the phone and started to actually call the police over a customer asking for a refund. Like who does that police are for emergency situations not over an employee refusing to do their job properly and a customer asking for a refund because of that.I will never go back to this location as long as faith works here and will be spreading the word
