The staff is very nice, very easygoing and helping me look around for available phone plans I could get on a budget, the place is very tidy and modern looking an neat, there are plentiful of demo phones and many versions of the newest iPhones to try out. I like the design a lot and the staff had a solution for every question I had!! Couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

Very impressed. Couple weeks back needed help activating an e-sim in my wife's iPhone. They took care of it. Today upgraded my voice plan to a full USA Canada plan. Dan and Austin (think that's his name) took care of me. Thanks so much guys really appreciated your help.

Fadi at the Telus outlet was a Great help with our transferring our phone number & information. We got there late in the day and he worked pass closing time ,even worked through his lunch the next day to sort everything out. I wish I could give him a 10 star rating. If you need a phone he's your man. Above and way beyond what was expected. Thanks again ,Dario

Austin at the Telus on Dougall was absolutely incredible. I had to come in to buy a new phone and look at potential phone plans and he set up my new phone so quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have someone so patient and hard working.

Austin B. At the Telus on Dougall was absolutely incredible. I had to come in twice this week to get my phone fixed. He did everything he could think of. Even though it is not 100% completely fixed, I was beyond impressed with this young man's workmanship. He worked through his lunch, balanced helping me, answering the phone, and helping multiple other clients. He greeted each one that walked in and did not miss a beat. It's hard to find hard working, motivated, and focused young people nowadays, but he was definitely fantastic at his job!

I was having trouble with my company cell phone and I stopped into Comstar Mobility for assistance. I dealt with Dan who was absolutely excellent. He listened to my issues and offered me a new complimentary SIM card in hopes of improving my phones performance. He then checked over my employers account and presented an opportunity to actually save money and upgrade to a better phone package with a brand new phone - not an upsell in any way. The package Dan put together was much more cost effective than what was offered through the 1-800 Telus line. I was extremely impressed with Dan's service. Big thanks to Dan and the Comstar team!

I switched phones yesterday and I entered a new student plan. The workers here carry a high-degree of professionalism and are very understanding. The process of switching out phones was quick and painless, and I was very satisfied with my new device. Very well done.

Ran into a cell phone issue today which was the result of me clicking onto a bait notice telling me my password needed updating. My phone was erased. I went to the Telus store on Dougal operated by Ace, who introduced me to Austin, who had me up an running in minutes.Thank you very much.
