Stopped in here on a recommendation for their protein smoothies. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the woman behind the counter was helpful and fantastic.The smoothie she suggested hit the spot and was delicious.

Ordered in a whim because I was in the area and got their Ketolicious Smoothie. It was so good that I was thinking about it for the rest of the day. I ended up ordering two more the next day just to hold me over for the weekend.
I would highly recommend grabbing one of these smoothies if you’re in the area!

Ordered in a whim because I was in the area and got their Ketolicious Smoothie. It was so good that I was thinking about it for the rest of the day. Beyond disappointed. I ordered 6 meals for delivery ($106.16)… 3 of the meals were completely wrong and the ones that were right didn’t look anything like the pictures. For example the chicken parm BITES was just a whole piece of chicken. I chose meals with broccoli/carrot sides and received mushy tomatoes, zucchini and onions for ALL the sides.I sent a picture of my receipt (which had the right meals listed) with the meals I received and Katie, from the meal prep company responded denying that the meals were wrong and stating that she made them all and it looked delicious. I didn’t expect a refund to be honest but some acknowledgment of how bad the messed up would have been nice.But I WILL NOT be ordering again.. thanks for nothing Meal Prep Company!

I’v had a few of the keto choices. Shepards pie and meatloaf. Gotta say it’s the best keto meals I’v had. Good portions too totally recommend this shop. The protein balls are great too

I ordered the Weight Gainer pack. All the meals were fantastic; great variety, good flavour, satiating and loved that the macros are posted on the website! 10/10 would recommend.

Uncooked rice.. some dishes without much of taste. Hovever 'll try more of the options cuz I wanna give them chance as I would like to support local business.
