I had the best experience at running factory. Danielle helped me find the shoe of my dreams. It supports my ankle, helps with my flat feet and has a wide toe which I was looking for. We tried on all competitors and the New Balance Fresh Foam X 860v 14 were the best for my feet!

Visited because it was recommended for having brands and products for specific Orthopedic conditions. Greeted by Alex, she was knowledgeable and knew exactly what my condition required. Within minutes she had narrowed down to 5 pairs to try on, and she discussed the pros and cons of each brand/model based on my needs. I ended up going with the Hokas. Will definitely be back for my next pair! Store is clean, organized, and was a great shopping experience.

As someone who has had a lot of trouble getting back into runs and jogs, I went into Running Factory to see if they could help me find some running shoes that could help mitigate some of the pain in my lower back and feet while I ran. I was greeted by Nate who immediately showed me around the facility and showed me what they had to offer. He also asked questions to help better understand my situation. After some careful thought and consideration, he then recommended the Hoka Clifton 9 to me and it was truly a game changer. Huge thank you to Nate and RF for allowing me to continue to pursue my fitness goals stylishly and much more comfortably.

Had the best shoe fitting experience here with Parker. He helped me try on a range of shoes to find the right one. After finding the right style, they also offered the full selection of colour ways and had a pair sent over from the other location.
Loved the knowledge and friendly service. Buying online is just not the same. Highly recommend shopping here if you are in search of proper fitting running shoes.

My family have been loyal customer for many years. My 84 year old mother purchased a pair of Hoka shoes in January but they were causing pain on the side of her foot. Today, The Running Factory gave her a total refund on her shoes and fitted her with a new pair of shoes at no cost. Not only did they exchange her shoes, they provided her with a credit for the difference. Today just validated why we don't shop anywhere else for our running shoes. They are AWESOME!!!!

Best running shoes store in Windsor! Their Customer Service is AMAZING! They ordered shoes in a size they didn't had and arrived fast and since I wasnt sure about the size, they ordered them in 2 different sizes and hold the other pair until I confirm the size I bought fit the person I was gifting them.
Best prices in the city, need any advice regarding running or jogging? That's the place you wanna go to! I will definitely go back when I need to buy a new pair of shoes.

Customer service was exceptional. I am not a runner or an avid exercise person. I simply wanted a pair of good quality shoes with support for walking. I called there and a wonderful fellow helped me on the phone and when I got in there were several staff ready to help in a most attentive way. They asked several questions to learn about my needs and were very receptive in helping me select the perfect shoes. I highly recommend this place as it operates in a most professional manner.
