Closed to the public permanently. I didn't see the notice on google anywhere, but when I got there I saw the sign...literally. This location is closed permanently.

I don’t really know how hard is it to send a simple envelope to Montreal, I even paid extra for a next day delivery, now I’m writing this review 2 days later and guess what… my tracking shows that it never even left this location. Tomorrow I’m heading there to pick it up and send it with someone who really wants to work but I just hope they didn’t lose it (zero stars)

Very disappointing experience at this location. On December 22, 2025, I tried to ship a parcel to the Czech Republic. I provided a correct and valid postal code, officially used in the country, but the staff refused to accept the shipment, claiming they “could not find the postal code in their system.”
Instead of resolving the issue manually or showing basic professionalism, the staff simply refused service. This shows a clear lack of competence and understanding of international shipping procedures.
The staff behaved unprofessionally and showed no willingness to help.
❌ I do not recommend this location.
Management should seriously review their staff training and customer service standards.

I’ve been coming to this UPS location for years and the staff always greet and welcome me with a smile. They take my packages and have me on my way very efficiently, even while juggling several customers at the same time. AJ is always a pleasure to work with! I’ve never had issues with shipping to customers using UPS. Packages get there in a timely manner and their pricing is very competitive.
