They were amazing!! I had went to find a dress for a wedding as a guest. I was running out of dresses nothing looked good. I was about to give up and the lady helping me got me a white dress. I know cant wear white to a wedding if not bride! She said try it on we could order a different color. So I tried it on and fell in love with it! Turns out all they had in stock was white! I was like oh okay ty any she then suggested i dye it! Well I took the risk and dyed it a light blue! It looks beautiful and now perfect for the wedding!! Honestly never disappointed with shopping here!!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!

I was checking the receipt to see who it was that helped me and it shows me two names, Terry and Brenda. I don't know which one of you it was who helped me but I have a medical condition that has really destroyed my body over the years and my confidence has been so low. Everyone here is already so great anytime I'm in but y'all really went above and beyond here to help me today. It's been difficult changing and having to buy a bigger sized wardrobe, jeans especially are something that just haunt me but you all did not hesitate to just immediately jump in and hear me out and find me various different types of jeans to work with and I found probably the most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever worn in my life as a plus size person. It's not a cut that I would have ever gone with or tried on and I know this might have felt like such a small gesture to you guys in the store, but this was such a huge uplift to me. You've made me feel better about myself today and that doesn't happen often, you ladies were amazing and I hope you forever get the recognition for that. Your kindness really made a difference today, thank you.

Had a great experience with my firend. Staff was extremely helpful and always available. Was nice to go to a store and not feel pressured by an upsell.

Karen was amazing, friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable. I struggle to find bras that fit me that don't cost 100 plus dollars and she found me a great one!

Only place in the mall that carry a bra my size, and clothes that are plus sized but so youthfully fashionable. The ladies who work there are very sweet and accommodating. Always remember the check out the sales racks they have at the back by the changing rooms!

Love that it's plus sized but the styles are not the best and the prices are too high. Plus size people deserve to be cute without spending a fortune. Staff is nice at this location though :)

I just went into Torrid for the first time, and it was so nice to find cute clothes in my size—and so many dresses had pockets! The staff at the Devonshire Mall location were also so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for any other plus size shoppers.
