This hotel is our very favorite. We come to Windsor several times a year and we are never disappointed with our stay. The rooms as well as the lobby and hallways are kept lovely. The rooms are clean and modern and extremely well maintained. The staff is outstanding. Always made to feel welcome. The breakfast in the morning is fabulous. Kitchenette was handy.
Air conditioner was loud.
Beware booking through 3rd parties - Hotwire quoted lower room rates, but confirmation came with standard rates.
Also booking on Marriot is 100% non-refundable, even if you are Marriot Bonvoy member. Will try other hotels next trip to Windsor

Beware of Parking.
There is very little parking available from the hotel. There is a lot across the street for $5 - no in and outs or street parking for $2 an hour. Friend's car was broken into in the $5 lot.
Hotel itself was very nice. Room was nice, staff/service was fantastic and breakfast was great. Very busy weekend in Windsor so finding parking was stressful.
No access to the inside of the hotel by stairs. So you have to take the elevator and no central AC. Just a freestanding very loud unit in the room.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Close to casino and downtown. 10 mins from bridge.
Across the street from St Clair College. Very quite area. Water park 1 block over.
Rooms: We always get the 1 bedroom King bed suite. It has stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator (full size), sofa bed.

It is located in downtown windsor. Close to Detroit, and you can go to the USA via tunnel. Hotel staff is very helpful. You can borrow games and a few kitchen equipments.

Rooms: the rooms are good, bright, there is an extra place to sleep
Nearby activities: Nearby is a theater, a few steps away, the embankment, parking for cars, on Saturday there is a farmers market
