BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! Especially an employee HUSSAIN E. , A THUG!!Whenever u have him at the counter, please check your paperwork carefully. He does not close previous trips and add that KM and fuel in your route and pockets cash from the previous client.Happened with us.

Hasan was so helpful today. He really turned my experience around after a sour interaction with a convenience store Uhaul pickup location. He set things right. The customer service was there.

stopped in to rent a utility trailer for a day. looking at the different options and the manager (Darrell, I believe) came over to see if I needed any help. He was fantastic to deal with, had me back up the vehicle to check the lights and we discovered the harness was too corroded to connect and would need to be repaired. He went and got a technician who literally laid on the ground in the parking lot and replaced the damaged connector. What a great experience to deal with someone so personable and helpful. the technician was also very polite and happy to help

My friend got charged more than $500 for the damage (a scratch) which was not from him. I was at the passenger side for the whole time and nothing happened. They just billed and emailed the receipt after we left the store. I would never rent any u-haul from this store.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Dougall Branch. The staff engaged in fraudulent practices by charging me $522 for a scratch they claimed I caused on their van. Despite requesting pictures of the van when I rented it, they evaded my request and insisted it was my responsibility as a customer. This lack of transparency and dismissive behavior is unacceptable.During the rental process, I was assured that taking pictures of the U-Haul van was only necessary for major damages, not for scratches. However, upon returning the vehicle, i parked without evan a single scratch and the staff said they will email me the invoice and took the van for inspection. I don't when they move the vehicle form parking to inspection station they hit somewhere and scratched it. but now they claimed that I had caused a scratch and proceeded to charge me a whopping $522 for the alleged damage.The U-Haul branch's actions demonstrate a clear intent to exploit customers and extract money through dishonest means. Their refusal to provide evidence and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have left me deeply disappointed and questioning the integrity of the U-Haul brand.

I was charged an additional 45$ and there was no notification given. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives and was not told of the overcharge until I was brought to collections. I called and spoke to 5 additional representatives regarding receipts, incorrect emails and the details of my 170$ charge. I was told on the 6th call that I was incorrectly charged by $70 dollars. A credit ding for absolutely no reason.
