Hours: Urban Planet is a fast-growing fashion brand with over 100 locations in Canada, catering to young men and women. It is known as a nice place and an excellent place to find clothing for the whole family, including a nice collection of shoes, boots, jackets, pants, and pajamas. Customers can find good material and a nice selection of perfumes. The store is praised for being clean and organized. Many reviewers highlight its amazing and nice prices, calling it the best budget-friendly store and highly recommending it for students. They note the quality is not top notch, but you get what you pay for. The service from the staff is described as really good, excellent, and immaculate, with excellent kindness. A significant drawback mentioned is a problem with signage, where items are marked with incorrect prices or stocked in the wrong spot, leading to checkout surprises. Customers believe the staff should price adjust items when it is the store's fault and fix the signage asap. One reviewer suggested lowering prices a little so that people consume more products. Despite the pricing issues, the overall service remains highly commended.
