Went there for passport pictures. Apparently there was only one person who can do it, fine I waited. Then we took pictures, apparently my pink sweater was making the background reflecting purple, fine I went to the clothing section, grabbed a black sweater to block my pink one. Still not working, the background was grey. They asked me if I wanted to pay for pictures, but they were certain that the office would deny it. WHY SHOULD I BUY YOUR UNQUALIFIED PICTURES? Wasted 20 mins there, left without picturesAlso, there’s nothing wrong with wearing a pink sweater, it worked at shoppers

I made a very large photo order of 498 pictures. They were uploaded to the kiosk in order by date. When I selected 1 hour photo they told me it would take longer which was okay. But they were not considerate In keeping the photos in order they put them all over the place and some were even missing. Never again will I use Walmart I'll stick with staples. They are better at keeping your photos in order and don't miss any. I'll be calling Walmart and asking them where are my missing photos?

3 rescheduled online deliveries in one day, 5 hours late and only 2 items of 25 delivered, store did not pick up phone from its own help center, on 4 different occasions. Finally help desk quit and store cannot be reached we will just cancel your order. No compensation or support for a big miss on the stores part, and only thing help center offered was to provide feedback to the store. Retail is hard, but the complacency of Walmart on Dougall and no focus on satisfying customers is a bit telling. There is a large disconnect somewhere.Best of luck

The only problem I had was I couldn't find anything and no one asked if I needed any help. But I was able to find it on my own. Well stocked. I went through self checkout and got through quickly. Plenty of carts to shop as well

what a terrible store (Dougall Rd, Windsor). Every single thing about them is horrible. Firstly, I ordered photo's to be printed. After going in the store multiple times (after waiting more than 6 weeks), they tell me " we don't know, we don't print them here, they get mailed to us from another location". I ask for the phone number of where I can call. They say they don't know the number. I go home, find the number and call. Well wouldn't you know, they never completed my order and had trouble even finding it. They eventually find it and FINALLY print my photos, which I go pick up. BUT some of the prints I ordered are MISSING. Other prints were duplicated when I didn't ask for duplicates! Just terrible! The store is a disaster too. Store is dirty first of all. So I spent alot of time shopping and picking out clothes. I go to the dressing room to try them on, wouldn't you know, they have the 2 dressing rooms blocked off and a sign that says that the dressing rooms are not functional. That's just great, I just wasted almost an hour picking out clothes that I can't try on!!! I go to the baby section to get baby formula, and the SHELF IS EMPTY with NONE. Great !!!! I go to the check out with some items and there are NO CHECK OUTS OPEN, forcing everyone to do self check out!!! Plus, when I first got to the store, I have an order to pick up from online. I go to the pick up desk and call the number on the sign. The Walmart rep tells me very rudely that she cannot bring my order to me, I have to go to some back door outside. I tell her I can't, I took a taxi there. She argues with me about it. She says she can't bring groceries to me in the store. But I only ordered canned dog food which is not really groceries. After a long hesitation and arguing, she finally brings me out my order. Wouldn't you know, more than 1/2 my items I ordered are missing. She says they must have been out of stock, but the web site said those items were available. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS F#@!*# STORE !!!!!!!!!!!! Worst store ever!!!!!!

The employee that helped me today went above and beyond to get my photos printed. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let everyone know that customer service at the photo center on Dougal was great!

Awful awful store. Cashiers don't even know how to count money AT ALL. Wouldn't you want to hire someone who knows basic math, to work as a cashier?!?!?!? Also, regarding the photo lab, what an absolute nightmare. They can't find your order (but they do charge your credit card the minute you order photo's). But forget trying to get your photo's in a timely matter, if at all!!!!! Web site says "pick up your photos the next day", okay that's a LIE. It's been 8 weeks and still they don't have my photo's back, nor do they know where the hell the order even is. Shelves are half empty, they don't restock hardly ever. Just all around horrible store.

Not a bad example of a typical Wal*Mart - usually well stocked. Glacial speeds at the pharmacy though.

I shopped there today. I went through the staffed check out line only to have the check out employee stand there waiting for me to bag my own groceries. If I wanted to bag my own groceries I would have chosen self check out. I came home and called the store to speak to a manager. The first two times the courtesy desk just hung up the phone. The third time I was on hold for over 15 minutes with no-one answering. I called back a fourth time and spoke to a manager who said that along with Walmart eliminating bags, they are no longer bagging groceries. Good bye Walmart. I’ll pay a little extra money and buy my groceries where they provide a service.

I'm frustrated because, for the first time, the customer support centre can't solve my simple problem: I bought a bicycle more than a month ago and i found that it doesn't work and has a problem after using it for the first time. So I requested that it be replaced, but I sadly lost the bill. The girl I dealt with was initially nice and helpful, and she agreed to replace it; however, I found that all of the bicycles in the market had the same problem, so I demanded a refund, and she gave me the phone number of someone to call and explain my situation to. When I explained my problem to the new employee, she said she would be able to repay the money via gift card, but when I went to her and she noticed the bike's price was $228, she refused to give me the money. And She responded, "I didn't expect the bicycle to cost $228; if it was less that $50, I could offer you a gift card." After all of this, the girl informed me to go to a specific department where I would find someone who could repair the bicycle, and when I arrived, I asked the staff about him, they said that he is not at the work today, and if i want to know when he will come to work, I should call the customer service cente everyday and ask about him. I have been asking about this person for two weeks and he has yet to come; I don't know what I should do because I can't get my mony back and the repairman is absent. Is it possible that one of Canada's largest supercenters has no solution to my problem? Thank you for being so helpful, Walmart.

absolutely terrible, i walked into the store and an old lady worked there and kept following me around thinking i was suspicious. i have no idea why she thought this because all i did was walk into the store and she followed me around
