I was at walmart the other day January 13 around 6pm. At the pharmacy, I asked an associate named Mahitab for general information regarding medication coverage for my parents under their work benefits. Despite my polite explanation that I was only seeking information on their behalf, she refused to assist me because my parents did not have an account with them and she told me to go to their regular pharmacy and ask there. I argued with her that I am here and need the service here she kept refusing to help and her responses were very rude. How can we trust someone like her to be at the pharmacy and give medication to people? This behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of customer service expected from Walmart.

If you need anything nowadays its better to order online. After 30 min waiting for keys finally open to pick the wrong machine. No customer service whatsoever, we ask for the special offer showing a big tag and they open just for you to grab it!! No price check or help from the associate…… the rest oft the team was very helpful

Customer service has become very poor, and most of the time they place prices under products claiming they belong to them, but in reality they are for a different product. They also price the products on the shelves at a different price from the purchase price, which is unacceptable, and the difference is not small.

Customer service is not their thing I want to get something from the electronics department on my lunch break from work and of course electronics is attached to the photos centre which only one person’s working in that booth, but they have two geniuses selling phones standing around doing nothing had to stand in line for 15 minutes to get the thing unlocked and then another 15 minutes to actually pay for it which is ridiculous … i’m not upset with the poor girl that was working the cashier. She was doing the best that she can, but I think Walmart can afford to employ a couple more employees in the photo department. Corporate greed sickening.

Out of the four Walmarts in Windsor Essex, this is the best location. The store manager is Kristina S, who does a wonderful job with the size of this location. You can see her on the floor helping stock shelves working the return baskets etc...With so many staff members including the sub and department managers every time I go to shop it's never disappointing. Everything I need is always in stock and if you have trouble locating something, one the friendly associates are always willing to help. Besides being fully stocked, the layout of the store is perfect. Aisles are clean and free of debris with displays spread out evenly. Shopping carts which are always available, can manoeuvre up and down all sections freely. The staff is what makes shopping at Windsor east enjoyable. Always a hello and a smile from any staff member you may encounter. Cashing out is simply the best. If it's a cashier or the self checkout they always run smoothly. Takes a lot of work to keep this size of a store running properly and Kristina has made this happen. Clean bathrooms in front and back of the store with ample parking at both store entrances.

My favourite walmart around windsor essex, great place for holiday savings. Jasvir was exceptionally nice when returning items at the customer service centre.

Ordered online and only got half the order. Now they are saying I picked up the other half. I did not. I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve this situation. It’s a $75 piece of wall art. Not worth all this nonsense to them but I want my money back. I called the store and they couldn’t help me sent me to head office and now has me on hold so he can call the store….so they can’t find it for me but they are going to find it for him??? Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and annoyed. First and last time using the online ordering

Does it make any concern to management or owners that you have deaf employees working on your customer desk who don’t pickup phones . Look at your management .poor ..
