Always friendly and helpful...and in general, tend to have a little more depth of knowledge on their products and how to use them... better than some staff in the bigger hardware stores

Is the best home hardware in the city. All the staff are so helpful. And I love it when I go in and they ask my what my project is this time. This store is being managed amazingly and it shows in the friendliness of the staff.

Thanks James for your knowledge and for your help. MOOSE Lodge and I bought stone to fill a hole at the entrance of the driveway for a car show/ event - he loaded in his own car, drove it over, pulled it out of the car and dropped it in place then my cousin Brian spread it out to create a nice bridge and get rid of a huge puddle of water

Got the run around from canadian tire and left, I figured I would try home hardware told the lady (Kim) in plumbing what I needed and 2 minutes later I had all the stuff I needed and she told me that the picture looks like I need one more piece of pipe but I figured I didn't need it because it wasn't leaking but when I got home I thought I would test that pipe Kim said I needed and guess what I needed to replace that pipe so thank God for Kim or I wouldn't have know until I was all done and I would have probably had to redo it all over again. Thank you, Kim, and thank you. Home hardware for hiring very knowledgeable and helpful staff your staff is what brings back customers ?

Kitchen cabinet design is at its best here. We love our kitchen cabinet - designed and installed by the people here couple years ago, but needed extra space. So we came to see Garry. He suggested and designed an extra pantry - it came out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and services! Thank you!

3 stars would have been more because my wife received excellent customer service , me on the other hand .... I had called asking about a certain product that was on sale because it said they had one in stock . Young man on the phone said yup we have one all put together . I drove from the other side of town to pick it up and when I got there he did not have it . He said they had 2 in inventory but could not find it .He was apologetic but I was not happy about going all the way there . So don't trust what it says online and if you call to try and verify make sure the kid is literally touching the product before you waste your time . Your loss . Found something somewhere else , but like I said the cashier was very friendly and helpful so we were happy with that .

I dropped off a screen for repair on a Tuesday to be repaired and was told that it would be ready by the Friday. Friday comes around screen isn’t ready so I’m told it would be ready by the end of the weekend. The following Friday comes around and the screen is still not ready. If you’re not going to do the work then at least tell me and save me time driving across town to pick up a screen that isn’t ready. The attitude from the staff about the screen not being wasn’t appreciated either.
