This is easily one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever encountered, both in sales and service. I initially went there to buy a new car, and the sales representative, David, couldn’t have been less interested. He showed absolutely zero interest in offering me a deal. I ended up purchasing from Yorkdale Mazda, where the customer service was night and day.
Since I live in Windsor, I had no choice but to return for vehicle service, which is exorbitantly priced compared to others. Each time, my car came back dirtier than before, with interior foot mats dirty and the so-called free wash leaving unsightly water marks. It looked worse after service than it did before.
I had to make three visits just to address a rattle in the sunroof. Instead of fixing the issue, they made it worse and left stains on the headliner. On my last visit, the service manager was nothing but excuses, offering an appointment three months out (right during the holiday season) while practically pushing me to seek service elsewhere. He also attempted to intimidate me about potential damages while getting the sunroof repaired just to scare me off which was outrageous.
Not a single task has been executed properly by this dealership, and it’s clear the senior management is completely inept. I would rather drive to London/Chatham. This place is not trustworthy or skilled, and I certainly won’t be back.

It was a great buying experience for my new mazda Cx-30. Mr. David gave all the attention through out the whole time, If you want to buy a Mazda car I would definitely recommend to visit the dealership.

When you step in this dealership and meet with Meriam , be ready to make a deal. She’s a young and knowledgable sales consultant who made me forget about my favourite car brand. She was so good at addressing the differences between the car I was looking for with my favourite brand and theirs . Ended up getting the Mazda CX 30.
