They dont accept coverage from OW so my perscription thats supposed to be 100% covered was $130. Told my doc so he sent a "free trial" to pickup. They told me the free trial was $3500 for 2 weeks worth of meds.Also the last three times I was there the pharmacist at the counter felt the need to yell out the full details of my perscriptions to everyone in the store.Dont bother, its down the street from shoppers who charge less, have better customer service, they accept coverage and they have better hours.

False advertisement they should not have a walk-in sign and not accept people to walk in to get an appointment we went in today looking for someone to help us out and we waited in line for quite some time before the lady bothered to say sorry we can't serve you. And the reason is is they only have their customers and if you are not already one of their customers you can't just walk in. These morons really need to take their walk-in sign down and say Clinic not walk in because there is no walking in unless you are the patient of the doctor that is there already don't bother to walk in those doors sounds stupid but I could swear it was because we were white and my kids are Asian felt so uncomfortable walking through those door like we didn't belong and we weren't welcome

I wish people would stop reviewing the pharmacy when they mean to review the medical clinic. They're not the same place. All these 1 star reviews are for the clinic. Reported to Google but no action taken just yet from them.I'm giving them 5 stars because like most independent pharmacies their service will be unmatched. However there are often private pharmacies you just have a hard time trusting. This place is not like that at all. Extremely ethical, genuine, and upfront.

I don't recommend this place all what they want just more customers.
They don't care if you are a patient or not also they want to charge you for everything even for the blood result.
I moved from Alberta to Windsor do I called my doctor in Alberta to transfer my medical file to dr Savaya guess what!!! Dr Savaya charge me $45 lol.
The doctors have to relise this is Canada not a third world county .
Yesterday I went for a physique report I need it for my driving licence so the receptionist told me they are booked till January ! I can't believe it .

Came in for a doctor's note. Four people who arrived after me, were called before me. These people did not have appointments. I heard them interact with the receptionist. I'm still here, it's been over an hour. Seems to me they prioritize arab patients and make the non-arabs wait. Wasted an hour in this place. I just watched them call another person in, as I type this review. Racist clinic, do not waste your time.
