Great pharmacy and excellent customer service. I have been going here for well over 10 years and one of the main reasons is the pharmacy tech Maria. She is always so kind and helpful, I don't even have to give my name and she has my stuff ready to go. She has even followed up with my sons puffer, letting me know he's due for a refill before I even call it in. I could not ask for a better pharmacy or pharm tech. Maria makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. 10 out of 10.

I wish there was a zero star.
A blood pressure medication was sent to them around 840 am on a Wednesday. I didn't get a call from them until Thursday afternoon that it was ready. I asked if they could deliver it to me that afternoon but Maria told me that their delivery person was done for the day. I asked them if they could deliver it on Friday as I work past 6 pm and couldn't make it before they closed
I told Maria that my blood pressure was a very high critical dangerous number. She said if I would leave the $2 copay in my mailbox they would deliver. I forgot to leave the $2 copay in my mailbox. The delivery person came to my house and checked my mailbox and didn't leave my blood pressure medication even though I had told Maria that my blood pressure was at a dangerous high level. Maria did call my phone and left a voice mail saying that the delivery person came to my house and the $2 was not in my mailbox so they didn't leave the medication. I am a nurse in Michigan and was unable to take the call. I had told her that my blood pressure was at a dangerously high level and the medication was not left for $2. I had to work on Sat and couldn't make it before their 2 pm close. They are closed Sundays when I was off so I didn't get to pick up my medication until Monday evening. So 5 days passed while my blood pressure continued to be at a critical high. I could have had a stroke or heart attack and they couldn't have left the medication in my mailbox over $2 after I told Maria my blood pressure was dangerously high. Shame on them. I have been going to them for years and they have profited hundreds of dollars from me but could have cared less if I had a stroke or a heart attack over $2. Shame Shame on them.
They won't get another penny out of me. I m switching to another pharmacy that cares about their patients with better hours.

They are honestly the best pharmacy I have ever been to. It’s a very cosy environment and the workers always have a smile on their face. All the employees even memorized my name.

Love this store. Super cute shop with lots of little things to look at while waiting for script.

I brought my mother in law here because this is where she gets her medications filled. I went into the pharmacy to drop off a script on our way home from a specialist. She was in pain and wanted to get home so she asked me to tell them to deliver it.
Following her wishes I went in and dropped it off and asked them to deliver the scripts when they could.
The woman I spoke to said they can fill it in only 20 minutes or so. I told her to just deliver as my MIL did not want to wait.
This woman gave me a look as if I had asked her to walk on broken glass! I couldn't believe it!
I told my MIL about it and she said she had been having bad experiences recently as well. Being a senior, she is reluctant to move all her meds to a different pharmacy but she's considering it

I recently visited Ziter Pharmacy and had an outstanding experience. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure I understood my medications and how to use them properly. The pharmacist took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity.

Hands down the most stocked, low prices for quality. Amazing selection of home goods to medications over and behind counter. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Watch out pharmacies this one is definitely going to be taking customers... the ones that get treated like trash in competitors buildings. Would give more stars if possible.
