“Although lots of nice renovations and smiling faces upon arrival, like most businesses; customer service has declined. I feel like I m inconveniencing them by entering their business. There’s always a lunch or break I m interrupting for the service or knowledge I m looking for. Twice I ve been asked to come back later but I live out of town so I go elsewhere.”
