“Perfection. OCD. Reassurance. This is what you will receive from Chris and his team. I’m probably one of the worst client any detail shop or body shop wants to meet due to my pickiness. Not in a bad way, I just chase perfection and have been for all my vehicles equally. Just as everything with life, you live and you learn and for me, that was many expensive lessons of going to various shops for various detail/paint services and I always paid top dollar but didn’t get the fulfillment of perfection I was promised. Due to these experiences even Chris can attest to this, at first I was very skeptical with everything, not regarding Chris, but just skeptical with trusting one of my cars with someone and was afraid of disappointment once again.
I visited Chris based off everyone’s testimony via google reviews and tonnes of various car forums. When I contacted him on the phone initially, one thing I appreciated the most was it was the owner himself, Chris answering. That showed me he’s on sight at work and on the phone, that alone showed his passion as I discovered throughout our 15 mins phone call. I had explained to Chris I’d be coming from a 6 year business relationship with a different paint detailer and the reason I’m contacting him is because my former detailer was not showing the same craft he once did, but also my expectations have elevated. He ended up burning through paint on one of my golden egg vehicles panels while he was performing a stage 3 paint correction. The panels affected were the targa top and hood. Every body panel was original paint, vehicle is a ‘97 Honda Del Sol VTEC is Cypress Green Pearl. It being a pearl paint colour I was super skeptical on paint match etc and my key thing was to keep as much original paint as I can. My usual bodyshop guy said he’d need to paint the whole front clip for perfection. I showed Chris and from the jump he was sooo confident in his painters paint match skills and also he was confident in finishing off the paint correction and preparing my car’s paint to her former glory.
When I came to pick up the car, all I can say is Chris and the team did not disappoint. He’s earned a client for life from me. Finally someone who understands the craft and is really passionate about it. I especially appreciated him going over the paint cards with me to agree on a paint shade before painting. Thank you Toronto Car Buffing team and Chris!!”

“I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. They took the time to provide a very thorough estimate, and Mariam was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Honestly, my car looks even better than it did before the accident! They also went above and beyond by detailing the car inside and out, and when I picked it up, it looked absolutely amazing.

“In 2023 I was referred to Elite Auto Collision by a friend who is an auto insurance adjuster and a mechanic. It says a lot about this place. Not only are they really good at fixing cars but also have many years of experience. If you are deciding on a place to have your car fixed after an accident this is the place to go. I really appreciated the honest recommendations by Mario and Joe his brother and the service, and the job by the technicians they are really good. I was sold a used vehicle by a dealer which did not repair the previous damages on my car properly and now it looks brand new. I also enjoyed playing with their unofficial mascot Bruno while waiting for my car.

It’s 2026 and well it’s my third time coming to the shop. Whenever I call I can hear Mario ask me… Ya hit another pothole again?! Anyways, just kidding! This time it was a car accident. Even though I wasn’t at fault I was told by my insurance if I choose my own shop I may pay out of pocket. I still chose Elite Auto Collision. Joe really helped me through the process as it was already stressful enough and talking to insurance and other things too. I also appreciate that it was original OEM parts and Joe really helped me out and always excellent service and workmanship. It was also easy for the car rental as well they arrange the pick up and I just dropped off the car at the shop. I didn’t see Bruno the unofficial mascot I heard he’s on vacation but this time but I met Ralph he’s the sweetest.”

Richie was incredibly friendly, very professional, and did a great job bringing our cars back to life. I had even left some belongings in the vehicle by accident and Richie made sure to sift through the vacuum/garbage for me and return it promptly. “My family has been using this detailing business for a number of years. They have always provided reasonable rates and are fast with attention to detail. We called them last night and found out they have a first come, first serve policy and opened at 9am so I made sure to arrive earlier than 9am and waited at the door to ensure I got my car detailed the same day (there was 2 other cars waiting). The gentleman was pleasant, polite and provided a reasonable quote. I received a call when the car was ready and was happy with their services. If a customer arrives early, leaves then arrives later expecting to receive same day service then he or she is being incredibly unreasonable and entitled. You can't expect to arrive at whatever time and receive same day service. I have seen this business be promoted on several Facebook groups and I always chime in to recommend them. Keep up the good service!”

“Was awesome great service until I checked thoroughly when I came home. The service is good but they do not thoroughly detail it. I had to use back polish on the interior to get rid of somw stains and remove some stuck on dirt on the outer part of the car. Inside windscreen were not cleaned properly, could've still seen stains until I clean it back.
Overall good for decent cleaning, not worth the money if you can clean it yourself.”

“I had spots of rust on both rocker panels and fenders by the wheels from years of road salt eating away at the metal on my car, and I had one spot where the rust made a hole right through. I got a reasonable quote for the whole job and Ross and his team removed all the rust, repaired (with metal) the hole and painted those parts like new! Nice job guys!”
