They don’t want your business…wanted to make an appointment to come in and they told me call the number on the back of your card and they’ll get started on your application for you… LOL!….now I’m with TD :)

I spoke to someone to make an appointment and she kept telling me "I can't help you,". Made the appointment at another branch with no issues. This is not my first bad experience either. They need to get rid of all the grumpy old women who want to get paid to do nothing.

BMO branch in this location is so bad, they’re always at lunch or they just simply have an attitude with you. Maybe it is because I’m not Italian or something that they ain’t helpful and always have an attitude. They’re too busy laughing and giggling at each other. This is why I switch my branch to the one in Weston and major Mackenzie because they’re just way more helpful and so much better. Even though this branch is closer to my house I switch to the one in Weston and major Mackenzie.

Don’t bother with this bank - not helpful and incredibly rude staff. I had a minor name change request, they claimed it’s a long process and I need an appointment. Went to a second location in Woodbridge, not only were they pleasant, they also completed the request in under 3 min.

We moved all our banking to this branch this past spring and it's been the best decision we made all year. The whole team, Rosanna, Daniel, Rita, Krishma and Nella have helped us tremendously with all our banking needs. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick with responses and continually provide smart financial advice that benefit us.

This place is the most garbage service I ever experienced fromBmo!!! The lady was very Racist as well literally did a whole history check on my account to deposit my cheque the I get every Friday for the past 3 year and asking alot of personal question which it made me feel very uncomfortable like was being interrogate by police lol. I willl never come to place I will let everyone know to stay away from there.

Garbage service. Went in to get a credit card pin reset. The lady at the teller told me I needed valid ID I presented a CANADIAN PASSPORT, and she said this picture was taken a few years back so I can’t take this… I followed up by showing her visa stamped with my current picture on the following pages that I used for a trip 1 Month ago, and she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know if she can use that. She then tells me I need my drivers license as an ID. Really goes to show some of these tellers are poorly informed in their line of work. Terrible experience

Worst service ever!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this branch at all. The client care here is terrible!!!! This people forgot the fact that they provide a service and that YOU are the client. I'm definitely closing my account and taking my finances to another bank.

rishi tandon was of zero hekp for mortgage. never even heard back frkm him!! so glad i went w rbc. going to transfer all my accounts and investing over BMO has been a joke.

Stay sway from this place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It seems they only hire incompetent people at this branch. Definitely not recommended. Went there for a simple transaction and the staff there is so rude. Tgey act as if they are doing you a favor. OMG! Never coming back here again.

The worst BMO branch !!Worst customer service!! 0 stars, not 1 !!! the way the staff respects their clients here is awful !!! I have almost all the money I saved in BMO accounts, but I take it all out. I came for appointment that I made online. No one was available to me. I was received by a financial agent that was about to take her lunch break, but which had no desire to be kind and to help me in my concerns. The way she spoke to me and her attitude were horrible. To get rid of me as soon as possible, she asked for papers that were not necessary. I told her to stop the appointment, because there is no point in continuing with an agent I don't trust. I asked her to give me back all the papers, but she insisted on making copy’s for an appointment record. I did not insist, however, I asked for a check transfer with all my money from this bank. It's not worth keeping your money in a bank where you are not respected as a customer !! BMO doesn’t need this kind of employees!!!
