I had the best experience with Nawal!! I was able to find my dream wedding dress at Chez Jordan and Nawal was able to accommodate any adjustments I needed and ensure I left the store completely satisfied with everything. I tried on many dresses and she was very patient and supportive until I found the one I loved. Nawal is extremely nice, very professional, and super knowledgable!! They have so many glamorous dresses, will definitely be going again for all future events!

I purchased a beautiful dress for my micro wedding last night at Chez Jordan, and it was an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent—the salesperson took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress. Also, the tailor was really nice and helpful. The quality of their dresses is very good, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for unique styles and beautiful options to match any taste.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I stumbled upon Chez Jordan because I was in the same plaza going to another bridal store where I had a very unpleasant experience with the dresses and the staff. The staff at Chez Jordan are extremely friendly as soon as you walk in and make you feel like the most beautiful person in the world when you try on dresses.
Nawal helped me find my dream dress and veil, which wasn't even the dress I initially pictured I would wear. Nawal really listened to what I was looking for and my, along with my family's opinion on each dress and then went and found another that catered more to what I was trying to look for. She was very patient, very kind, very friendly and made it an incredible experience for me. To say she went above and beyond for me is an absolute understatement and she was the first person at a bridal store to make me feel heard.
The dresses also have unbeatable prices and are high quality.
Nawal is a beautiful person inside and out. I would absolutely not only recommend recommend to all future brides to come here to find their dress but to also go speak with her.

I had a wonderful experience with Dalal. I needed an evening gown for a wedding and I came into the store and told Dalal exactly what I was looking for. She picked out a few dress options for me and sure enough, she found one that was absolutely stunning (and it fit like a glove)!! Samira pinned the dress exactly as needed and I'll be back soon for my fitting. Such quick service by such wonderful people!!! Highly recommend for your evening/bridal dress shopping!

Where do I even start. Dalals dresses were gorgeous, and she was so patient. The store was closing and she didn't make me feel rushed at all, and she allowed me to take my time, and made me feel beautiful.
