I gave a few months to play with the walk in closet to see how it goes and I'm glad to say that it is still as new, both from appearance and functionality stand point. Overall I would be confident to recommend Jeb for few reasons: 1) He is very good at communication, picks up calls, answers messages. Judging by other companies I have inquired with it seems like a rare feature. 2) Good planning - he sent a very detailed information quickly and easy to understand, was on time to get everything done and was quick and efficient during the installation. 3) Offers excellent value - he is competitively priced and I am quite happy with the end product, literally nothing to complain about.

We were looking for a reasonable customized closet and came across Jib and his team. They were amazing! Very professional, not pushy at all, reasonably priced and got the job done in hardly 2 weeks. It really felt he had our best interest at heart and helped us make cost effective decisions rather than pushing us to spend spend spend. The quality of the work was excellent, high grade materials, clean finishes and they cleaned up after themselves also. Great experience, would definitely use them next time for future closets!

Jib and his team are remarkable. We had our closets installed 7 years ago and recently a few of the drawers in our kids rooms were not opening and closing properly. The issue was the rail so I gave Jib a call to see if he could sell me new rails not knowing he would show up at my house the next day and fix all of them FREE of charge. His team member spent over an hour at my place - rechecked everything, fixed and tweaked everything (we have 5 rooms worth of closets and drawers).....not only did he not charge me but he replaced all of our handles which were outdated. I gotta say this has to be THE best customer service I have experienced EVER. I really appreciate it and honestly didn't expect someone to fix everything 7 years later. Clearly they stand by their product and service.I will not be using any other closet company OR recommend any other company but Closet Guy....thank you guys for being such honest and humble people. In this day and age its hard to find people that are not looking to make a quick buck and shirk responsibility...Amazing.....

Since my house was a new built, I gave approximate measurements to Marcel to get a quote before I had possession of the house and then he came for the final consult and to get exact measurements. Marcel was great from start to finish. Quality was even better than I expected and within very timely manner.
The 2 guys that came to do the installation was very professional, did a very nice and clean job.
Highly recommend them!

We just had Jib and team build us a kitchen pantry and redo our closet (and fix our coat closet for that matter). They did a fantastic job. From quote to completion it took a few weeks (they needed time to build)--install took a day for all the work. They were quick, clean, and super friendly. A super positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to do the rest of our closets.

Jib and team built us a new closet and huge kitchen pantry and they were fantastic. He worked with us to come give us the quote, we immediately bit, and he was back as soon as possible. Our reach-in closet was tricky to work with due to a slope, but Marcel and Jib were able to design and construct a closet system that made great use of the tricky space and is completely functional! From the initial assessment to the installation, they were professional, fast, honest, and very easy to communicate with. Their quote was clear and fair, and they even followed up the day after installation. Would highly recommend the Closet Guy for any closet space!
