First time publishing a book and I could not have chosen a better printer to go with. Copywell was, without hyperbole, amazing.
The finished product was exceptional.
Their submission process is easy to use and whenever I had a question or two my contact person (Kris) was always there to help.
In other words, customer service was second to none and the book turned out fabulously.
I will definitely use Copywell again.

Excellent service. Responsive staff, and work was done within the delays announced. I am self-publishing a graphic novel and had it printed with Copywell, and I'm very happy about the result!
I just found that the cost for having a physical proof printed was a bit steep. I wish it would have been included in the initial quote rather than an add on.

Everything I was looking for. I wanted offset printing done in Canada that was fairly priced. It was my first book and picking all the choices online was intimidating. Copywell's estimate was the most thoroughly detailed of the six plus requests I sent out. It was easy to send the information to my illustrator (children's book). There were no surprises as everything was detailed in the estimate. The colours turned out as vibrant as they were in the pdf from the illustrator. It was easy to send the large file. Their process is well thought out and easy to figure out. I will definitely be back for reprints after my first bunch of books sells out. Very happy with the work.

Highly recommend! I’ve used Copywell to print my book for a couple years now, and I’ve received incredible customer service and the quality is perfect. They actually care about their customers, and it shows. I had a shipping mix-up (somebody stole my packages) and they went out of their way to reprint them and drop them off personally to me! I won’t go anywhere else for my printing needs. This is why I support small local business!
