Libia was a wonderful consultant! Her demeanor was warm and friendly throughout my appointment. She provided advice, and was knowledgeable about so many dress details. Moreover, she provided space to my family and I, so that we may fully enjoy the process of finding my perfect wedding dress together. Thank you so much for a lovely experience! Came in with the bridal team this past month with the bride looking for my MOH dress. We are all from out of town. Chelsea helped us and she was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Honestly best experience I've had in a bridal store ever because of her. We were able to find sizing and colour options and find the prefect fit and order it closer to our homes. Thank you Chelsea!!

I walked into David’s Bridal and didn’t expect to have such an amazing experience! Franca and Libby provided so many beautiful dresses after telling them what I was looking for. They were honest, kind and made me feel so comfortable. After trying on a few dresses, I said YES to the dress! They do a little celebration when you pick the dress that was sweet and thoughtful. I am so incredibly happy with the dress and the customer service!! They are the best I highly recommend coming here 10/10

Very large place. The staff was very kind and understanding of all of our needs and did everything to help our large group. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be coming back to do shopping for any other wedding related things

I had a wonderful experience this past Saturday finding my bridal gown!
It fit me like a glove, zero alterations, within my budget, and it was thanks to a very lovely bridal stylist named Libby who was not assigned to me but overheard my concern about the alterations pricing as I am a size 2, but only a size 4 was available in the dress I wanted. She went out of her way to search for a smaller size for me and insisted that I give size 0 a chance, and it fit perfectly! She also helped me feel really special as she explained the tradition of ringing the bell to commemorate finding the dress and turning a new chapter. Thank you Libby!

Staff is externally pushy and rude, did not have a good experience and they charge WAY to much for alterations. The alterations for my dress were twice the price of my dress and they didn’t tell me until after they had everything pinned and gave me no option to go anywhere else with the dress. If you do buy a dress here don’t fall for the scam of their alterations, find another seamstress.

I had the most amazing experience at David’s Bridal! Maria was incredible at helping me find my dream dress and selecting the perfect accessories to bring my vision to life. She was so attentive and made the whole process enjoyable. Vianne was also fantastic, guiding me through the alterations process and giving me a clear idea of how the final look would come together. She’s truly skilled and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back to find dresses for my Maid of Honor and Matron of Honor. Highly recommend!
