Excellent choices, good product and sales staff are friendly. Sometimes hard to get a hold of on the phone. Prices are sometimes high and many times availability is limited.

Dot Furniture (Vaughan location) continues to disappoint. I arranged a delivery for April 29 for 21 pieces. Two items were swivel club chairs (BEL2-CSR-GY). I was told by Joe the manager of the store that these chairs were already assembled in the box.
But when we opened the box it was not assembled. After many calls back and forth Joe agreed to come by two weeks later to assemble the chairs. He realized that he did not have the correct tools and said someone would be back before the long weekend to build them.
Now 2 weeks later, the chairs still have not been assembled.
I am tired of DOT's lack of communication and their inability for any customer service. They are very good at the store while you are making your purchase but there is NO follow up afterwards.

I bought patio furniture recently at Dot furniture on Northview Blvd. Joe Giordano was very helpful in helping us choose the right ones. After we had some problems installing the legs on our table we took it back and again Joe quickly was able to solve the problem. Thank you

I just bought my first house. I went to a number of furniture stores and had no luck with customer service or quality products. However, Claudia and the rest of the DOT workers were outstanding with helping me find my desired furniture. The whole process was seamless and highly recommend to others.

I bought a table from this location and it was delivered on July 18, the price has dropped $180, I called the store to ask and get the price difference guarantee or something at least, they said it has just passed 2 days the price matching guarantee time and they can't do anything about it, it is a shame how they operate and I don't know how they can adjust that price change in that particular time frame.

Dot's Mayan outdoor table for sale! BRAND NEW.The furniture is great but Dot's return policy is absolutely awful so I have a beautiful, outdoor table that seats 8 people comfortably for sale. Has an umbrella hole and adjustable feet for easy leveling. Table is a power coated aluminum frame so it will not rust. Top is brushed teak wood style, legs are black.Dimensions: 37"W x 82"L x 29"HNew and in original packaging (we love it but it is a bit too big for our backyard). Selling it at cost minus the taxes we paid - we'd rather take the small loss giving it to another person than pay Dot's astronomical restocking fee.Pick up only located in east Toronto, Leslieville area

We purchased an outdoor furniture set from the Barrie store. Upon unwrapping it, we notice that the couch had a bent leg. The store said we had 3 options; keep the defective couch for a 10% discount, exchange the couch for their demo showroom floor model, or return everything for a refund. We wanted to keep the furniture but didn't feel like we should pay full price for a floor model. Nor did we feel like we should have to rent a van ourselves in order to return the furniture to the store. They refused to compensate us for a van rental or for taking a demo model from their showroom floor. We tried to speak to the decision maker at head office only to be told that she does not take phone calls because she's "always on the road". We opted to return everything, paying for a van rental ourselves. Unfortunately, their customer service is so terrible that we will never shop there again. Employees were nice but management is ridiculous. Beware of their return policy, it seems to change on a whim.

This store has always been my go-to for patio furniture and accessories - they always have just what I am looking for and the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They go out of their way to help and advise.
I have been shopping here for many years and will continue to do so.
