If I can give this place a 0 star I would,
Lack of customer service and they’re machines say one thing but their policies are different. Half their machines don’t work and staff have 0 regard have an entitlement feeling. I would suggest to go to a different pump and give yourself a piece of mind.

If I could provide less that 1 star I would. I will NEVER ever spend another dollar at ANY Cirlce K or Esso. $25 car was caused almost $2k in damage to my vehicle. Received the most disgusting service from staff. No reporting form, no pictures. Was told to come the next day and had the manager laugh in my face as it “ not his problem” Called and submitted a complaint with Esso AND RECEIVED NO CALL BACK. Do not give them your business as they do not appreciate it. They will destroy your car and then say they have no responsibility for the service provided. I will only be going to Petro Canada from now on as they are actually a decent business and are CANADIAN 🇨🇦 stop supporting American businesses that don’t care about serving their customers.

We were exchanging our ticket winnings for another lotto max ticket. Explicitly stated no encore when asked. Despite that, he charged encore and deducted from the winnings. We asked for a refund but he denied it. Didn't want to fuss over a dollar. Just posting to warn future customer of their practice.

We left work at night and so tiered. So we just want to fill the gas for tomorrow morning working shift and go home sleep early but the gas station has problem. So I came inside to ask the cashier to check it. Then he forced me to prepay inside instead of paying at the gas station. But I don’t want that because he treat me like I’m trying to steal his gas. And then he said my sister can go outside to fill the gas but I had to stay inside wait and pay after that. It’s so stupid and disrespectful and the way he talk is so rude and bad-mannered. I fill the gas here every week but after this I will never come back again. For manager/ owner of this Esso, please change all the fuel dispensers to “Pay at the pump” so other customers don’t need to come inside and experienced this worst customer service.

The worst customer service I experienced in my life. I and my sister came to this Esso today to fill the gas and the cashier in working shift at 10:45pm gave us a really really bad customer service with totally disrespectful. We don’t mind to pay at the station or prepay inside but I refuse to prepay inside today because of that cashier’s attitude. My family use services at this Esso for more than 10 years because it’s so near my house. But for sure we will never come back here again.

I haven't been to Esso since the release of their new app, that was a disaster. I decided to go back since the app was finally updated and apparently working. However, I tried pumping only to realize something was wrong and no gas was going into my tank. Transaction cancelled but I was still charged for 1 litre. I think I'm done with Esso. Bad app and bad pumps.

I had concern with my PC Optimum points and employee didn’t explain me with patience. It was my first time to redeem the PC Optimum points for gas so I was not fully aware how it works. As I had some doubts, I had to ask the employee again how it works and he said it’s pretty simple what you don’t understand. That was really rude. Sometimes, you have to explain the customer again. It’s not a big deal. That was not the way to treat your customer. That was really rude.
