Edit 6 years later: I recently came across Haute Classics again and needless to say, they're still top notch in the luxury designer consignment industry! Rachel on Instagram had helped connect me with a bag I've been searching everywhere for and it was in great preloved condition. I'm so happy with my purchase and the service was fast, efficient, and super responsive. Thank you again!!
Bought a bracelet from Haute Classics and I am so happy with the product and the service I received! I put in my order on Wednesday late afternoon and it was shipped to me for free by Friday morning. Everything was quick, easy, and the product came in good condition as promised. I would definitely keep a look out to purchase from them again!

The pictures shown of the store are not accurate. I’m not sure if they used to have a store and no longer have it, but the storefront does not exist. Went to go see what they had and was shocked it was not what was expected. You need an appointment or else you can’t see the items and you have to select what items you want to view cause there not at the “store” location.

This is not an actual store. Before you go there you have to make an appointment. They also don't have any of the items there. It's only online. Hopefully this will keep anyone from driving around trying to find it like I did.
