Henry's Camera is a store with amazing and excellent customer service. The staff are all so nice, very helpful, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are incredibly helpful and cooperative, going out of their way to assist in a very effective way. The manager demonstrates every piece of equipment and shows alternatives to better suit customer needs. The team is never a bother, no matter how many questions are asked. The level of service and friendliness sets the standard. Employees are exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated to customer satisfaction, providing invaluable assistance. The store is highly recommended for any camera, gear, photography, or lens purchases. Customers are beyond pleased and will definitely return for future needs.

So incredibly helpful to scan a large picture to reduce its size and make multiple copies. They recognized my lack of experience in dealing with this and took care of the entire procedure for me. Very much appreciated their help....delightful staff!

Great people working at the store. I made a purchase yesterday and Arthur was assisting me. Even though it was already 7:20 and the store had closed at 7, the whole team was very helpful and patient. Nobody rushed or asked me to come back tomorrow. Really appreciated the excellent customer service!

Went in with a camera problem I couldn't solve. Artun fixed it in 30 seconds and then cleaned the lens. Very helpful. And very appreciated. Will absolutely return. Thank you Artun.
