If I could give a zero star, I would. Susan the CSR was doing my payment. Upon asking her about the mini massagers she gave a really rude answer - “Depends, I don’t know.” Didn’t even smile upon greeting and helping us. Giving me the vibe she doesn’t want to help me.Please review employee training!!

The store manager, a middle-aged woman, 1.60 tall, who works there, is very rude and literally scolds the customers. She doesn't have a name tag. I won't go to Mark's as long as that woman is there.

I recently visited this store, and my experience was mixed. While I was trying on shoes, an employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I politely declined, but to my discomfort, he continued to stand nearby, watching me. Feeling uneasy, I eventually reported this to the manager. It seems that the store needs to improve its employee training in terms of customer approachability.
