I have shopped at this store for years but over the last 6 months it has declined so badly it would be better to go to walmart or value village to shop. The womens clothing in the contemporary section which should be designer is non existent. Every item in there is acrylic and polyester. No high quality fabrics anymore. It is so disappointing. I see numerous people leave empty handed. Also alot of clothes on the rack at normal prices that are torn, missing buttons and generally ready for the garbage etc. All purses are made of plastic. Impossible to find any good quality items. Buyers for the store need to smarten up.

Slow cashiers, low stock, all the kids toys torn open, Christmas dog items- not on sale; still full price. Broken items on clearance - when most definitely should be in that garbage or free.

I love the friendly environment at the store the sales Associates are super helpful. I enjoy shopping there by far Best Marshall to visit.

Shoutout to Marina , who not only helped me to find the best possible present for my mom , but has showed me what an excellent customer service looks like. She was kind, polite knowledgeable and very helpful. Attentive to the details. And the store itself is one of the best in Vaughan (as to me personally)

Was looking at lunch bags, when 2 staff members rudely grabbed a bunch off the shelf to go and put security tags on them. Thats something that should be done before customers are in browsing or before the item goes on the shelf. Also the line to check out was extremely slow!

Marshalls is exactly like Winners... The only difference is the name change. Everything else on the inside is literally the same thing, just a bit more expensive (especially after coming from Winners).
The layout of where each category of clothing and household goods are similar, the clothing brands are exactly the same, and the price tags are a match (word for word, image for image - just pricier). Oh, and they have a clearance aisle as well. It's small and as messy as Winners (not organized and the hangers have mislabeled compared to the actual clothes tag's sizes).
We were able to buy some clearance clothes... But, I seriously wonder how much of a clearance it would have been if it was inside a Winners building.
Overall, Marshalls is an decent kind of clothing store with a section of furniture/home decor, and some other things that make it look exactly the same as Winners (had just came from Winners yesterday night, so I can't see the difference between the two).
If you can't find something at Marshalls, try Winners. Can't find something at Winners, try Marshalls. It's called clothing gacha but in real life.
I didn't take as many photos as I normally would since closing time was in 10 mins.
