“Canpro expertly moved my “new” upright piano that a dear friend gifted my family. The piano is delicate, kind of an antique, and has lots of sentimental value - but a piano is a piano: it’s extremely heavy and clumsy to move! Also, it was coming from an older Toronto apartment building to a house, and Walter and his team made every step so easy and seamless - from moving it onto a small elevator in a busy midtown area, moving it out of the building with no private shipping doors, and delivering to my home in North York with tricky steps at the front door, and installing it with care.Canpro was very responsive to my call, was able to move the piano on short notice, at a competitive price, with all the right equipment to make sure the piano was cared for and endured no scratches or damage, and with the utmost care to ensure the flooring in my home was protected. Plus Walter is a very outgoing and warm personality - which made working with him a joy. I asked for several business cards so that I could recommend him to friends, family and colleagues.Great company, great people, great service.
