They force you to pay for unnecessary services. And car wash is free with oil change. But they just shower the car with water and give it back to you.

I want to update my review for Number 7 Honda and the service department.
I want to send out a big thank you to the service department at Number 7 Honda for recently double checking poor service at another Honda dealership.
I personally want to thank Christian and Anthony for my visit today (September 6, 2024).
I use to bring my 2006 Accord here for service. Although several service advisors I knew are longer there, there are still a couple good sevice advisors.
I am happy to be servicing my 2006 Accord here again. With 230,000 KMs on my Accord I know it is still in good hands.

Amazing service experience at 7 honda woodbridge. I was served by the person named Brandon Vincent. Really great guy, he was so genuine and passionate about his work. He explained everything in a simple and clear way. I went their to repair my car AC and Mr Vincent fixed the fault within just 2 hours. Must visit them to get your car completely fix.

**Review for Honda Dealership**
I purchased a car from Honda on May 24,” 2024, and had a very disappointing experience. Despite of having a pre-approved loan, the Finance person , Emad, insisted that I must take an external warranty and antitheft, stating that my loan would not be approved otherwise. This forced me to incur additional charges for the insurance.
Realizing that this was not correct, I canceled the insurance within the 20-day cancellation policy period. However, it has been over 90 days, and I still have not received my refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the dealership, I have been met with unhelpful responses and delays.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling deceived. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership due to their dishonest practices and poor customer service.
