Customer service is something they need to work on, when trying to book a service appointment, the person on the phone named Moe, not show any customer skills to listen to what the problem I was experiencing was.When dropping off the car made a comment about a not pleasant person on the phone, and named this person, apparently everyone in the dealer knows his bad treatments to customers.How come No one does anything to stop this person or train him properly on how to deal with customers since he is dealing with customers.

This guy doesn’t have any manner I called parts and the guy who answers the phone was totally rude person yelling and screaming for no reason not sure I’m on front of my car and I’m giving u the correct vin number instead helping me find my parts the right way this man just screams smh.

Horrible service at this dealership, brought my car for a recall and they said they don’t have the parts. They wasted my time ti go there and they didn’t even order the parts. Workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing here especially teh front desk. No communication whatsoever.

I am writing to share my extremely distressing experience with the leased 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid from Pine Tree Ford. With 8 months remaining on the lease, my wife and I have encountered numerous safety and functionality issues that have significantly compromised our confidence in the vehicle's reliability and safety.One of the central selling points was the promise that the vehicle would run on electric up to 100 km/hr before switching to gas. However, this turned out to be inaccurate, leaving us feeling misled and disappointed. Despite enjoying the vehicle's performance initially, we have faced a myriad of problems, including a failing reverse camera screen, full power outages while driving, erratic spatial sensor audio indicators, malfunctioning door locks, and other critical issues.The most alarming incident involved a complete loss of power on a busy street, leaving my wife in an extremely stressful situation. While attempting to address these concerns with Pine Tree Ford, we were given conflicting information about the possibility of returning the vehicle. Ford Credit informed us of two outstanding recalls, one of which poses a serious safety risk—the potential for the engine to catch fire. This information was never disclosed to us earlier, raising questions about transparency and communication.Despite the ongoing issues and safety concerns, Pine Tree Ford's proposed solutions were inadequate. They suggested making the remaining payments and returning the vehicle or using Lease Busters, neither of which addresses the ethical dilemma of releasing a problematic and potentially unsafe vehicle to another party. Ethically wrong to even suggest.The lack of empathy and communication from Pine Tree Ford, including unreturned inquiries has left us frustrated and concerned for our safety every time we turn on the vehicle. This experience tarnishes the reputation of Ford Canada, and I hope it receives the serious consideration it deserves.I have attached a photo depicting a recent incident involving a Ford Escape catching fire, emphasizing the urgency of addressing safety concerns promptly. You would think with the gravity of this matter it would get immediate attention. Shameful.

Had quite a bad experience here. Went in for some maintenance and someone came out with a list of other recommendations that didn't quite seem necessary. They wanted to rotate my tires even though the snow tires went on about a week ago wanted to do balancing even though the place I just got my snow tires from did the balancing and an alignment which I know it doesn't need the car does not pull and the wheel is straight nothing is wrong with the alignment what made it really bad was how pushy they were to get this extra work done when I clearly said no thank you the first time it made me very uncomfortable and I won't be going back here not even for something as simple as an oil change.

I ordered at 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend at the end of March 2023. It arrived on time and as expected. I dealt with Peter Tino, who was very informative, and answered all my questions. This experience could not have been any better. Peter went out of his way to make sure I understood everything, and introduced me to Bobby Makino (one of their technicians), who also went above and beyond. He was very thorough, and went through all the finer details. When I picked up the vehicle everything went as I was expecting, no surprises. Eric went through step by step, on how to setup Ford Pass, and also went through all systems. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I normally don't write reviews, but words cannot adequately express how remarkable my dad's experience at Pine Tree Ford with Jennifer was! My dad recently purchased a Ford F450, and we are beyond impressed with the level of service and dedication Jennifer showcased. My super duty needed service so called up Pine Tree Ford, Delano booked me asap and Danny the “Big Truck” big manger was courteous, informative and very prompt in communication.Long story short, I got my truck back it’s a beast again. Obviously it’s dealership prices but even then Danny took care of me.Very Happy,Thank Danny and Pinetree Ford!

Incompetent and dishonest. Avoid this place like the plague. Bought my car new from this dealer and the transmission started to slip on almost day 1. Took it in multiple times to have it look at throughout the years but every time they claimed there was nothing wrong and refused to do anything about the problem. Eventually the transmission exploded when the car was just over 70k km. The car almost caught on fire when it happened and nearly caused an accident.If you ever have a problem with your car those people will drag it out as long as they can until your car is out of warranty and explodes in your face. I made the mistake of trusting them when I shouldn't have. Don't make my mistake!
