Terrible Service, Lazy Tellers that does not help customers at all. Would not Recommend this place. The only saving grace is Evalina other than that garbage.

Just recently opened a bank account with RBC and my advisor is Sukhdeep - she have not returned any of my emails or my calls so far. This is making me want to switch back to TD. Not happy with this branch's service so far.
