It was not even 4:30pm and they were closed, staff was standing inside ( chit chating) . The google map says 5pm . Does this branch runs on its own? Better change the google map timings or the staff

they do not care for customers at all they just simply don’t want your business. They’re extremely slow at their jobs and are terrible with responses and emails when it comes to big and important things like mortgages, LOCs etc. Took my business across the street to the RBC!
